Followed up with email. Turned out the rep misinformed us. Without providing her name, I'm hoping staff could just get educated on the difference from asking for change. Recap, we pulled $200 from RBFCUs atm and went in to request a $100 bill and change from the other $20s. As a nonmember and requesting bills, turns out that we should not have been charged. I used to be a member many years back and was considering to open an account for my son as they are close by. This was my sons first "in-person" bank experience; not a positive one. Hope to hear from the Branch Mgr Vanessa.

This is the best credit union and banking system I have ever experienced. They are always welcoming and professional and treat me like family. The service is always excellent and they help with any problem if there is any. I suggestion anyone wanting a great banking experience for life to get their account started with them if their current banking experience is poor or mediocre.
