Worst customer service ever. The reps have no idea what they are talking about. I am constantly getting wrong information. Their fraud department is a joke. They put unnecessary holds on funds being moved from one account to another (even though I am the owner of both account). I've been banking with them for over 15 yrs it has been on a decline for the last several years. Time to look for a new bank!

Well, I was gonna try and go open a bank account here, but then after looking at the reviews and seeing that There were so many 1 Star reviews, It quickly made me change my mind…. It’s sad to see a business with so many bad reviews. It really puts a bad view on future Customers and detours them away.

Never been to such a poorly run RBFCU. The team members don’t seem to think we know these transactions can be done in less than 5 minutes. They take extra long for each and every customer. It’s sad. Long time customer here and I’ve never experienced such poor service at the other branches. Retraining and accountability would help?

I was waiting in line for 40 mins to just see a rep and there was not a lot of people there either. This is an every time thing when I come here.

Every time we come to this location, the ATMs are always broken/out of service! It's so frustrating. The walk-in atm was not accepting money, so I was forced to wait in a long line with many other members to use the 1 out of 3 atms that was actually working this day. This has happened on multiple occasions.

I love the one on city base. I was a chase for 35 years and when covid hit my accounts started bouncing around from each other.i had to go to the main branch they were so not helping so I told them close all my accounts and after 35 years with y'all you can shove it and I took my banking to Randolph Bank. They don't even charge a fee if you only have 1 $ in your account. When other banks charge . Thanks Randolph

I have a Money Market Account at this bank I visit this Location Yesterday And the Teller I got Yesterday was so Rude and very unprofessional First she gave me a Wrong Balance on my Account and I Told her what is my balance she said oh That's wrong Then I Ask her a Question about The account and she said I'm not sure , I Don't Understand how she Didn't know if she work there. or ask someone that works there to find out for me! I left Very Upset from this Location 😁 I will think about Changing to another bank. On my Receipt has Teller 1844 and her name Tag said Rose she the one that I had to Deal with.😡

Good place to bank. Make sure not to take big checks here, bc unlike the Northside, they may put a hold on it if it is a big check

More ATMs that aren't reliable. I drove from the Goliad ones, just to have the same situation. ATM down and the other one can't deposit money. And this ain't the first time.
