I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I came in around 10 a.m. and had to wait a long time in line. The associate didn’t greet me and said they couldn’t help because they were going to lunch and they were short-staffed — even though I saw at least seven employees on the floor. I told him that I’m unhappy being turned away but he insisted that he wanted me to come back at a different time.

Fee are on the way too much. This bank took over hundred dollars from me in fees would not recommend it terrible bank.

This location has consistently provided poor service. The tellers are unprofessional, and the ATM frequently fails to accept cash deposits. This has become increasingly frustrating, as I prefer not to go inside due to the negative experiences I have had with the staff. At this point, I am seriously considering closing all of my accounts and moving to another credit union in the area.

As a self employed contractor, and receiving 5 checks that cleared with in 24 hours after deposit, for services rendered this year, the fraud department questions me about what kind of work I did for the company, like I gave them a fake check. Then I asked why it was put on a 7 day hold, they said that there was a lack of history and it was probably defferent account numbers, which it wasent, and they couldn't tell me why no one at the bank called Bank of America to clarify that the check was valid.
This is the same fraud department that missed withdrawals from my account from the UK for two days. My interest rate was raised 7% on two credit cards with out prior notification, but decided to send a letter three months later telling me my interest rates may be increased. Pathetic

ATM at this place between 4:43pm-4:49pm didn’t register me depositing 800$ ! System froze and didn’t print a receipt plus wasn’t in my bank account, so now I have to go in tomorrow to fix this !
Have me on camera depositing cash plus yall will have an extra 800$ in cash in that ATM !
Won’t take this down until I get it back !

They have very competitive car loans, I’d stay away from their GAP offerings, they no longer prorate refund their GAP insurance. Sales people will tell you it’s because it is a low cost insurance, which is fine but don’t hide that in the small print throw that information out when you’re marketing it.

I had an issue with the coin machine and the woman at the front (I believe her name was Ari) went above and beyond to help me with the issue. She was very polite and professional the entire time. She never rushed helping with the issue or made me feel like a bother. I appreciated it! She’s a good employee to keep.

Went to Randolph Brooks on Gold Canyon today at 10:45. The two male tellers were EXTREMELY incompetent. The manager came over and it was like the 3 stooges that could not figure out a simple request. Unbelievable. They should consider being janitors because this job is way too complicated for them. I have decided to close my accounts because it is VERY scary that people this incompetent are handling them.

Used to be one of the most OG banks. Unfortunately, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union has leapt on to the trend of NSF fees. I have an account open, but I only use it as a last-resort back-up in case my main debit card at Frost bank (which does not have NSF fees) fails. I used to recommend this bank to everyone, but I cannot anymore. Just go to Frost bank; its close enough anyway.

Sat on the line twice for over 35 minutes, no answere to the fraud Dept, called customer service, and was told, they don't have the service to call a customer back while holding there place in line. Was told, have to sit on the phone until they answer.
