The most welcoming location however, I could’ve done what I did there at home! A waste of time to even set up an appointment if I knew I could do it at home. I’ma victim of identity theft and my account was compromised, I’d think they’d help me more than just put me on the phone.

Went in today to deposit a check from my Insurance company and they gave me the run around and I was there for 45 minutes while the manager was “in a meeting” so they bounced me around to mortgage servicing and then a junior manager and finally Juan who was the most full of himself condescending manager I’ve ever met. If the teachers pet grew up to manage a bank branch it would be Juan. Truly a scummy and rude person. So now we have to go get the check reissued to jump through their hoops. We took our business account out of RBFCU and it’s because of really crummy service like this from very condescending managers like Juan.

Usually very helpful, but clearly understaffed. Holds on the phone take forever, make sure your first in line with a teller, and even than they'll probably rush you or you'll be the last to be helped. I almost got in trouble, because the teller that helped me didn't ask any questions he just wanted to know if the canister was in the tube..

RB really stunk the new card rollout. They killed the old ones before we could activate the new ones and then the new cards issued us don't match the card #'s that online account access shows that we should have. That and accessing a human being with them is the worst it's ever been, chat online takes so long your account logs you out before a Rep responds, phone wait times have grown exponentially. Customer service is going downhill with RBFCU

They will find any reason to deny claims. Never return calls. Your money is not safe with RBFCU.

Came in today to open up an account and Juan Benavides was so helpful. His customer service was outstanding. I will definitely return to this location to continue to see Juan.

All my money was drained due to "inactivity fees." Customer service told me there was nothing they could do.

They do not care about you. Period. I had to rush my cat to the emergency vet on Friday. My friend helped Venmo me money to cover it because I didn’t have it.I was at the vet shaking- and accidentally paid her back using the wrong debit card selection. Mind you, I have paid hundreds in fees and not once asked for a refund. My credit card interest alone supports them. I was at the emergency vet for hours. I chatted Ariell this morning and got no concern or empathy. Just a canned response that I should have made the deposit by 7. I immediately reversed the Venmo within minutes of my mistake and didn’t think I’d need to go to a branch. I couldn’t have anyways bc I was at the vet for hours with a very sick cat. I work for a local Bank and I have shown empathy to people and waived fees. I choose not to Bank where I work- but that just changed. They are awful. I was ok paying the $100 in fees that were my fault bc I’m going through hard times- I just asked for the ONE bc of the genuine mistake I made at the emergency vet. Do not bank here. They don’t care.

Usually the teller is good, but went inside today to transfer money from my savings account to my daughter's account for her birthday. Gave him my ID and told him my account number. I didn't notice until I got home to review my accounts that he had taken the money from a joint account I have with my father. My bad for not reading the tiny electronic screen and the printed receipt more closely. I miss the good old paper trails with full account numbers. Read all your stuff before you sign that tiny screen or leave the bank! My daughter did get her money and I transferred the money back into my joint account with my dad.

I have banked with RBFCU for almost ten years and mostly moved on due to their stupidity except for a credit card for the sake of it’s credit age. You will hardly find a worst software system or more inept and unhelpful customer service group in the industry. They're the only credit union that can truly make you feel like you would be better off at a bank any day of the week because at least they are somewhat professional and have functioning software. After locking me out of the ability to see my statements or pay my credit card after reporting a unauthorized charge, they charged me a late fee and refused to help or listen. They said that I had accessed the system and that I had received statements online when neither had happened because their software wouldn't allow access, but they said that wasn't their problem. If you truly want fees, headaches, and a worthless support group, RBFCU is going to be in your corner.... With boxing gloves.

I was withdrawing money at this location, using the drive through teller. They didn't put my id back in the envelope, and I found that out next day. I tried to call to find out if I need to pick it up or it will be mail out, the number is for the headquarter and the waiting time to talk to someone is over an hour.

So this branch on Gold Canyon road has messed up my last three deposits and now it took 15 minutes for them to figure out who a notary was in the building. Come on now, have to do better than this
