I’ve been a loyal RBFCU member for over 12 years and have always appreciated their service — until today. I went in to deposit my rolled coins, only to be told they no longer accept them and that I’d have to use the coin machine in the lobby, which even charges a fee for members. I was very disappointed. After years of dependable banking and good experiences, I expected better customer service and consideration for long-time members. Forcing customers to pay a fee to deposit their own money doesn’t feel right and certainly doesn’t reflect the member-first approach RBFCU has always been known for.

Its been over two weeks the Atm machines have not been working definitely an inconvenience at the citybase location.

Occasionally I will stop by this branch to deposit or withdraw money. And when I do, theATM machine is never working.

Rates 1 but take it as a zero because this atm is always messed up they never work , did they give us bad machines cuz we’re on the east side of town or smh I go to other and their is never a problem only this location

Worst bank ever! Got a new debit card for my mom who is too old to figure out how to activate it. Call the number on the card. I enter the details. The automated system tells me that the card cannot be activated right now. Says I need to call customer service number. More like customer frustration number, I call the 945 number. Tells me I have to wait between 26 and 35 minutes. Asks if I prefer a call back. I indicate yes. At least 26 minutes later, get a call back. Asks me to enter touch 1 if I am the person who requested a call back. Hit 1 but doesn't recognize it. Hit it again and doesn't recognize it and hangs up on me. Call back again and am able to get a human to talk to, and I express my frustration, and she hangs up on me. What bank thinks that waiting so long to speak to a customer representative is ok and then once you do speak to a human that it's ok to hang up on customers.

If their ATMs were reliable they will be five stars. They do have lowest interest rates on loans.

Tellers (and front desk) were extremely helpful and kind. Even though there was a long line, they were efficient without rushing people.

I love banking with RBFCU including having a credit card and auto loan!However this location really needs to work on their ATMs , half of the time the ATMs are not working or accepting cash, which is very inconvenient and frustrating especially when you need to deposit cash after bank hours. It is very inconvenient to have to drive to the Flores location. These machines do look outdated, perhaps install newer ones as this is a busy location and should be accessible to its members.
