I love banking with RBFCU including having a credit card and auto loan!However this location really needs to work on their ATMs , half of the time the ATMs are not working or accepting cash, which is very inconvenient and frustrating especially when you need to deposit cash after bank hours. It is very inconvenient to have to drive to the Flores location. These machines do look outdated, perhaps install newer ones as this is a busy location and should be accessible to its members.

IMO It’s crazy to close at 6 when most Americans work till 5 or later. Handling business in person is a waste. Last year there was a $2 over draft on my account from a subscription I forgot about. I paid the over draft and the late fee (which is ridiculous for $2). I was told I would have access back into my online banking. Well a year later still no access and when I went in I was told they needed to contact another department because of notes. The same notes that they never removed for the $2 over draft. I love USAA better I’ll be happy once my auto loan is paid off.

Followed up with email. Turned out the rep misinformed us. Without providing her name, I'm hoping staff could just get educated on the difference from asking for change. Recap, we pulled $200 from RBFCUs atm and went in to request a $100 bill and change from the other $20s. As a nonmember and requesting bills, turns out that we should not have been charged. I used to be a member many years back and was considering to open an account for my son as they are close by. This was my sons first "in-person" bank experience; not a positive one. Hope to hear from the Branch Mgr Vanessa.

It might seem an odd thing to say, but I love my bank. I've been a member for over 10 years...I've had everything from my mortgage loans, car loans, CD's to my personal and business checking & savings accounts with RBFCU. I always feel taken care of. Employees are friendly & respectful and overall it's just a great place to go for any banking need.

With 3 RBFCU in the south side this is my favorite one , the other one on IH 35 S the newest one is pretty quick and friendly also but the one on SW Military Dr & S Flores forget that one , I never want to go to that location but sometimes I have to . The last time I was there I asked to speak to a notary public but I was refused to let me speak to one . When I got to the counter the gentleman had overheard what had happened and apologized and he got me the notary public and she helped me out , and they both apologized for her behavior. I simply told them both thanks for their help but I was used to that kind of professionalism at that location .

This is the worst bank ever and their customer service is the worst. The bank doesn’t care about their members like they say they do. Horrible bank!!!!!!

Went into bank 15 minute's before 5:00 I know it was cutting it closed for closing time.But wanted to open a account .But the Lady in the front can I help u and I said I need to open a account.She told me there's no one to help you open one .You need to make a appointment for Tommorow. Never heard a bank making a appt to open one very sad. Will take my business somewhere else.

This has to be one of the most incompetent branches I have ever done business with. The inability to answer questions regarding my accounts (now previous accounts) since I moved my funds elsewhere, was mind numbing.

When making a for deposit only. They the teller required a ID, why I make a night deposit no ID required. Hum, was the teller lying.

It a wonderful n pleasant credit union the staff are what makes it so
