If i could give less i would, someone seriously needs to talk to whoever cleans the ground by the atm. This man was purposely cleaning in front of the ONLY available ATM and blocked the way. I pulled up thinking he would move and he stayed there, with a super long line of cars just trying to get cash. This happened at 6pm. You would think he would move out of the way for a while or clean somewhere else until the line of cars reduced but no. It was like he wanted someone to say something, he got so close to my car with that tool he was using to CLEAN THE GROUND!! You definitely lost some customers who didn’t want to wait for him to be finished cleaning the same spot for over 20 mins. That was insane. I know it’s not the Bank how made this happen but this location needs to talk to whoever cleans because that was an experience that should NEVER EVER happen.

Tried to cash a check for a few hundred dollars written to me on a RBFCU account at this branch with my TX Driver’s License. They wanted a $5.00 fee and and excessive amount of personal information such as my social security number, phone number etc. No other bank requires this. My valid state issued photo ID is proof that I am the person the check is written to. RBCFU has no need to know anything else. What are they doing with this personal information? Selling it ? I will never do business with RBFCU.

Horrible experience, I had a 40 dollar check, they charged 5 bucks to cash it, needed my SS# which isn't proper at all a DL should definitely suffice. The lady helping me didn't have any answers to my questions and the whole system at this credit union seems convoluted wouldn't recommend creating an account here, highly unprofessional.

Erlinda was so helpful and patient with me! She’s very knowledgeable about CDs and showed me how to use my app. She took her time on explaining everything to my daughter and I. I highly recommend going to her to get some help with your acc.

I like RBFCU. I greatly appreciate RBFCU's kind and helpful employees. But management needs to get its act together. Not of this particular branch - of the whole organization. After years of membership, a lot of things went wrong this past year. (1) I needed a medallion signature. I got information on that in a single phone call - within 30 seconds - at another bank. I went to that other bank because, at RBFCU, it took an hour on the phone with a very unhelpful employee (seemingly an exception to the general rule), plus a visit to a branch, and they were still confused and ultimately unable to help. (2) It took them forever to even reach the point of offering two-factor authentication online, years after other banks (including other credit unions) got the memo. Even now, their 2FA is hit or miss. (3) What really killed it was a bogus fraud alert that prompted them to put a freeze on my debit card. I called the number they told me to call, to sort it out. I was on hold for 20 minutes, and then the automated system said there was nobody who could help me now, I had to try back later - and then it hung up on me. Great response to a fraud situation! There was no way to reach them, short of making a trip to a branch during business hours. Meanwhile, they curtailed my automated payments. So I had problems at the places where I needed those payments, and I had to set up the automated payments again. I got the message: I set up those payments at another bank.

This place is a ZERO in my book. For me to spend 30 minutes at the entercom in a drive thru for a SIMPLE deposit is absurd.
