Horrible service. My accountant is asking me for a report on check deposits from my bank. I came to get that al the way from Jan and they are telling me they charge $45 per hour to research these check deposits! Why should I have to pay to get my own information! Trying to get it resolved but they keep telling me the same thing with no help to get it resolved. Horrible bank practice just to make money off of members. Guess it's time to look for another bank for my business.

Know that the phone number for any branch does NOT go to the branch but a call center. The call center will tell you anything, right or wrong.
Needed to open an account. Called the number, confirmed it was a call center, was told I could walk in to open an account, an appointment holds time for you if they are busy but ANY TELLER can open an account. WRONG!!
After checking in and explaining the situation and being told to take a seat and someone would help me shortly, a banker came and asked if I was the one wanting to become a member. I'm thinking, yes, great service, not too long of a wait. WRONG!! I'm told there is no one there that can help me but they can set an appointment. I walked out.

I hate RBFCU now they do not care about customers had fraud committed on my account tried to make me pay 35 dollars to have a debit card sent to me told me they don't offer assistance for any devices except Apple didn't even attempt to look into my situation before transferring me between 20 minute holds at the time never have I ever wanted to throw my damn phone into a wall just dealing with how frustrating this bank is yall are worst than the fraudsters customer service is never good here I have nothing to brag about and what's sad is I used to work for RBFCU back when they actually cared about their members now it seems like they have loss their values I would def suggest putting your funds elsewhere that actually cares about you as a customer and has you covered. Do not invest another dime into this company until they start caring about their members again and that's what I will continue to say until I see a change I'm moving all my money after today's interaction Chase or USAA would have had me taken care of in a few minutes
