I’d recommend trying literally any other bank/credit union besides this one. I have over draft protection yet still was charged a courtesy fee since somehow it was “taken” off my account, trying to send money to my account over apps such as Venmo, cashapp, etc always has problems and my favorite is getting fraudulent activity on BOTH personal and business debit cards.. I was unable to purchase anything for an entire weekend since it takes “3-5 business days to receive your new card” instead of just giving you one knowing you don’t have another method of buying something. Bank is a joke, look for another option.

I've used the ATM to this point. For the last 6 months my debit card no longer works at Thai location but it works at any other ATM so not sure what the issue is. Other people use it all the time and I've used other banks/credit unions ATM's and able to withdraw cash.

I have not banked here for sometime, but I had a very negative experience resolved by April and the other employees here. Something that was completely my fault and my responsibility, April, the manager, took the time to hear me out through my frustration and then spent at least 30 minutes on the phone getting the issue resolved. I can only hope that I can continue banking here in the near future based on this experience. Wonderful team and a wonderful asset to this organization.

Hello guys, let me tell you about how did we get here (me and my sister) at: Marshall Rd. location, have been here at RBFCU since 2016.In my opinion these are the Pros:* First, because it is too close from home, and that is so convenient and smart have your financial group nearby where you live it is priceless.* Second, they have almost always the lowest % for home, car or personal loans. 6 years ago I got a car loan ($7,000) it took me less than 2 years to paid it in full, and you won't beleive it, I just paid less than: $400.00 Dlls of % interest. unveliabable.* The third one, remember when they have a promotion all you buy with your debit card they will return to you cash back after a year but unfortunatelly it disappear.* The fourth advantage is, all the members that work for : RBFCU are friendly helpful and kindly as well.I have been with almost all the banks, still have Navy FCU, but is to far from RBFCU has better customer service and low interest % too if we compare both unions. Chase charge you fees for everything, Bank of America almost the same.The only cons I can see on this location, is that they only have one ATM machine, some others have 2 specially when it is too crowded we need to wait little bit more.To all the RBFCU team thank you for all your hard work, time & services as well!

Very SLOOOW service but friendly. They don’t have ATMs that accept deposits either. Quite behind in technology.Edit: Shortly after my review an ATM that accepts deposits was installed. I really appreciate this because it speeds up service. Upgraded from 1 star to 4

Horrible customer service! Went to deposit a cashier's check and the clerk tells me the check comes up as fraud in the system. Talks to a manager and comes back to tell me the check funds will not be available for 7 days. When asked why, the clerk replies "It's to protect you." protect me from what? The cashier's check was from Wells Fargo bank, a well known bank. No explanation offered and not even a friendly face. Will never deal with this branch again. Will address it at corporate level too for this branch.

Service here is agonizingly slow with the tellers. They don't make eye contact to say someone will be with you shortly. They really treat each transaction at the teller service as if there isn't a line. I seriously am considering moving my service. I use them only for money market savings. I rarely have to go into the credit union, but when I do I know I need to set aside an hour just to simply withdraw (usually a larger amount than the maximum at the ATM). I went in during my lunch break. There were 2 tellers and 3 people in front of me. It took almost the full hour before I was next and I had to leave before they could get to me because I had a conference call and had to be back at my office with 10 mins to spare. So frustrating! Isn't this why they have desk service for the longer more complex transactions?

The location off Bulverde if horrible for customer service and anything other then drive threw deposits/withdraws. The staff always seems to not know what they are doing and you will have to call other locations for simple answers. The wait inside is horrendous.

Horrible customer service !!! Trainee (couldn't make out the whole name) Sensca or something needs more training. Bad attitude and didn't know the answer to my basic questions. Every time I come to this RBFCU I've had bad service.
