I have banked with this branch for almost 10 years. Paid my car loan on time but the one time I need money from them for a small business loan i get denied with still having a full time job and a high 700 credit score. My experience was very unprofessional, non helpful, and extremely impersonal.

Never goin there again. Been there more than 10 times and they move soo slow. Will definitely go to a different location. Wouldn’t recommend this bank at this location

I’ve had nothing but problems with my debit card I had froze my card a couple of times so a payment wouldn’t be taken, they would freeze my card; I’ve had my card decline which they Restricted my account numerous times,constantly & been embarrassed, in public cuz of my card being decline & yes I had $$$ in my account!!!! Ordered new card;if same problem persist I will close account

Have several different banks. This RBFCU is absolute best!! Offers, rates, customer service, everything top notch! Love it!! Closed my Chase account. They dis nothing but accept my $$ since 2006. Unacceptable! Use RBFCU. You'll love it too.
