I was hesitant to write a review about RBFCU at this location on FM78 , but I felt people needed to know my experience.
I wanted to talk to the branch manager because we were victims of a scam where we lost a lot of money .
The front desk lady was very rude to me and stated that I needed to call Fraud department.
I asked her that I wanted to talk to the branch manager to guide or console us in some way or help us talk to the Fraud department, but he never came out of his office to see us.
She only gave a card for a number to call . I felt like we were alone and with no one at the bank to help guide us .
The lady at the front desk didn’t even say , I hope things work out, or im sorry for what you have experienced, nothing but attitude. I called the Fraud number and talked to a lady named Cynthia or Cindy . She helped calm me down and was instrumental in guiding me through the process .
I just felt that the branch manager has a moral obligation to his customer to be customer service , not just when they have our money in their institution, but when things go bad or we need their attention or guidance or counsel .
I will never do business at this location on FM78 again. The poorest example of customer service , compassion for customers loss of funds , guidance in calling other resources for assistance .

BE AWARE of this Branch they give out your account balance to anyone that asks for it without you knowing about it. BE AWARE!!

No matter the hour of day, the far 2 right cash deposit ATM machines do not accept deposits. During regular work hours, evenings or nights.
-please look at you security videos of how many people leave the ATM frustrated because this.

Sadly been with them for 15 years or longer and will be leaving them. They are a dirty bank for sure. They will long your money hostage. Didn’t realize one of my account was overdrawn for 30+ days and instead of letting me take care of it. The cut access to my other accounts debit cards so I couldn’t use it in time of real emergency. The dirtiest thing I’ve ever seen a bank do and I will longer do business with them. Navy Federal is where it’s at.

I just became a member and made a new buisness account. I came inside to deposit a check and my teller name with Niki . Since the start can just tell she wasn't in a good mood . She advised me that I needed to take back my check to who ever account this belongs too and they tell you what's wrong because she Niki can't tell me . I didn't know how to respond . I asked for explanation to help understand and she responded you need to talk to who ever gave you that check and they'll explain to you what's going on ... Her tone and her trying to explain to me didn't feel sincere to help me . Once I asked for someone else to help me to explain to me better. She nodded her head and didn't say anything and a black lady I believe the manager came to help me . I didn't see kindness from either the manager or from Niki . Please anyone higher then the manager please correct this !!! Leaving the bank spoke to a couple leaving the bank also not pleased with the bank . I would like someone to contact me please

This is usually what I thought the best bank to go to but just now I experienced bad customer service. All I ask and wanted was a cashiers check I even wrote the name down I even showed her the name on Facebook and then the lady had the nerve to write an extra letter to the name. That was the worst experience in that bank. It’s an older blonde woman with short hair. I didn’t took the risk of another error so I just had the lady print out personal checks for me. I’m not upset at all I just know that not every one is like me and when she does get that one customer who will get upset it’s going to go down. The higher staff should definitely take a look at the cameras to see what she does because she is the one who put the extra letter in that cashiers check after I wrote the name. This incident happened around 10 am March 26.

I came in today to cash a check. Of course this was a hassle as usual. It always is. I have two accounts. One is my personal checking account and one is a joint checking account. My person checking account is closed. So he said I couldn’t get it cashed because of that. But I said what about the other account ?? And he said that one is negative so I can’t. But my husband cashed a check two week ago and the account was negative then also. So it doesn’t make sense. I feel like these people enjoy giving others a hard time. It doesn’t make sense how he would be able to, but I am not if it’s a joint account….. Just save yourself the trouble and don’t come to this location.
