Do not bank here
Not only is it the worst service I have ever received in my life. It is the most scamming credit union ever. Multiple times I’ve had holds on investment checks for absolutely no reason and RBFCU earns the interest on the money and the money has already been taken out of the other bank that issued the check. These are not personal checks. These are certified checks. RBFCU also doesn’t allow you to have an auto loan and pre-pay additional payments in advance all of the additional payments go to your interest and your car loan never goes down. RBFCU is the worst bank in San Antonio.

Just wanted to give John at the Rigsby location a BIG SHOUT OUT!!💯 😀 I called to ask a couple of questions to hopefully expedite some processes for my small business. John was very knowledgeable very helpful and had great customer service skills. He walked me through each process and I could literally imagine the steps as he was telling them to me, because I have been using the app. He gave me suggestions that would also help me to be more efficient.
The manager Mike was also very friendly when I spoke to him.
Glad your Branch was who picked up the phones today!😁

There’s usually one or both of them ATM machines that are out of service or You can’t deposit cash it never fails. I went to other RBFCU and I’ll be lucky if one actually works

I am going to withdraw from this bank specifically, it is a horror, going on Saturdays there are six cash registers and only three are working, the queue is huge, two hours waiting

I went into Randolph Brooks to create a checking and service account for me and my son. Selena was my customer service Bank rep, and she was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Selena made the process very smooth, easy and any questions I had she was able to answer them. I definitely recommend coming to this location if you’re looking to open a new account.

Nicole Brownlow here Randolph brooks federal credit Union just sucks in general don't get an account with them sketchy practices weird policies I've never Banked with a place that told me they couldn't fix an issue that was their fault.

I will be filing a complaint. The teller said we were 500 short on deposit. Happened back in Nov as well with 700. These 2 transactions had 3 things in common-- drive through, cash, and multiple envelopes. We are a small church and every penny counts. We may never know what happened to that missing money, but God knows and I know He will take care of it!!

I fell for their pitch about no fees and great service. Nope! The ATMs constantly fail. During the holidays, my account became a mess several times, and they took no accountability, just attitude and blame passed around until they finally blamed the customer. I demanded to close the account, but they refused and added more fees. In only fees ($70), no bounced charges, they sent me to collections, and a lawyer is now trying to collect from me. Lesson: Don't question anything they do, or they find a way to ruin you and cost you more . How is this legal???

Horrible Horrible Horrible branch. It's ridiculous that in 2024 the tellers can't seem to get a simple task right. They mess up my deposits all the time. Which is fustrating to have to constantly correct the same issue. I write down the account number and type of account, yet they still can't get it right! Don't bank here you are better off at security service!Not to mention they are extremely slow! Expect to wait a good 45-50 minutes for a deposit. This is even on their slow days, yikessss! K

This credit union keeps getting worse. In addition to refusing to accept coins without a fee, and releasing my personal financial information to a third party, I've been on hold for nearly an hour and a half because they wanted to verify information that was correct. Nobody else can help me, I have to call this one department, and they're busy. Absolutely one of the worst financial institutions I've had experience with. Insanely frustrating.
