Great service (thanks, Carla), our meals were savory and quickly prepared. The drinks were awesome. Loved our visit this time around. Not packed, so the atmosphere was great for a dinner date with my wife.

My favorite restaurant! Our waitress Shaina always goes above and beyond even when the restaurant is extremely busy she is extremely attentive to each of her tables and leaves no one unattended! Will request her as our waitress every visit! This girl deserves waitress of the year! Not only that but the food is always on point, delicious and brought in a timely manner!

We went on a Wednesday night, April 3rd, 6:16, where they had $25 surf and turf. I like the surf, and my husband likes the turf. So he ordered the same. I got his lobster, and he got my steak. The waitress was nice, but here is the situation. She said we could have either the rib eye or filet Migon. So my husband said he would have the rub eye. And i did the same. Then we had choice of sides. We both ordered the bake potato, and my husband asked what came on it. She said it was loaded with sour cream, butter, bavon bits, and chives. So we both ordered that. The meal was great, then the bill came. My husband saw that they charged us both $33.50 for the surf and turf, not the price of $25. And charged us for loaded bake pototo. My husband told the waitress why it was $33.50 when it should be $25. She said we ordered ordered the rub eye that was $7.50 more. My husband said he told her we wanted the $25 surf and turf, and she said you should have ordered the sirlon, not the rib eye that is more. When asked about the bake potato, she said you wanted it loaded. My husband said he asked what loaded meant. After she said the bake potato was loaded, never telling him it was more for each item. Since it was my birthday, he did not want to debate her, but i could tell he wanted to say a few other things. We paid and left. This issue with the waitress won't stop us from going to Red Lobster again. I just hope someone at this location reads this and maybe train her a little more. To have her be more clear when she explains specials and what come with them. So once the bill arrives, you dont see an extra $25 of added cost, you were not expecting.

We ordered the calamari with a spicy chili sauce with green onions as our appetizer, which arrowed quickly and was super tasty. The server was great and let us know that the Ultimate Endless Shrimp special was ending this day and would only be on Mondays, in case we want to take advantage of this deal, which we did. However, the wait was extra long due to shortage of staff. After eating our appetizer with the delish bisquicks and my hubby drinking his cocktail, we sat for about 40-45 mins for our food. At this point we chose to no longer wait, so we canceled our meals and tipped the waiter. The meal started off great, but ended poorly due to staffing problems. This was my first time at this restaurant, so I cannot say if this is the norm or not.

I hadn’t been in years and everything was great! The service, shout out to Ashton, and the food was just amazing! I ate too much lol plus I have leftovers!
