I didn't get his name, but the older gentleman that helped me out this evening was terrific he knew exactly what I needed for my feet and what would help with my back. Very knowledgeable when it comes to feet and posture, I would definitely recommend him and this store.

My redwing boots have not held up as well as older pairs that I've bought. This store wasn't sure if they could even be repaired, didn't know how to ring up the repair, told me it was a 3 month turn around and that I'd have to pay up front for the resole. I don't trust their products anymore and I sure don't ever want to come back to this store. I know there's other brands of work boots that are all American made with American materials that I think I'd rather do business with from now on. Sorry red wing you lost a long time customer

I was working on the road for the next two weeks. One of my BOA laces snap two days into my job. I called José at Red Wing and he was very quick with getting me a replacement installed on my boot and got me back in the field. Great guy too! He offered me a water while I waited asked me about my work. Highly recommend him if you need anything boot related!
