I went to the salon with a design in mind, and when they said they wouldn’t be able to do it, I was looking for designs that they would feel comfortable doing. Every step of the way I asked them if they were OK with it , if that would be doable because I didn’t want them to stress about my nails. And despite the fact that I was being kind to them and talking to them with respect, they were very rude to me. They were huffing and puffing right in front of me and they would walk away while I was talking to them. My sister, who was at the salon with me and was sitting a few chairs down said it looked like they were talking about and looking back at me. I still said thank you, I still paid and I was still respectful, but the entire experience was awful.

So early 2024 I went in and got my feet and nails done. My nail’s came out horrible the man who did them raised his voice at me in front of my husband. They were arguing about who was going to get the work.” In their language” little did they in can understand it. The man did do my nails looked he was barely learning. As well as cut my cuticles with the dermal nail machine. I did bring it to their attention and they fixed my nails on a different day. Since then I got really ill and was not able to go back this whole year until today. Got there today I asked for my feet and nails to get done again. They started my pedicure and they wanted for that same man to do my nails. On the pedicure my 11 year old daughter can paint nails like this. They seem were upset that I denied his service. I was even told that I needed to come another day to get nails done. They continued to discuss why the other 4 people couldn’t do my nails. Accepting that I was not about to get my nail done today. I just sat back and waited for feet to get done. Then they proceeded to tell me that 2 other people were going to come and that if I could wait 10 to 15 min. I said okay. I look to my right and 1 girl showed up after me just walked in and got her nails done. I still had to wait. Finally this girl I had been waiting for gets there and I still had to wait for more time because she was mad and telling her coworkers that why couldn’t they do it? Nonetheless she started to do my nails. She was yanking my hands around did a very sloppy nails. There’s acrylic all over my skin the nails were not painted on the complete nail. I’ve tried to give this pace a chance. This is very disappointing. I d been going there on and off for 14 years. It’s getting really bad in there. They just want to give you the bare minimum plus sloppy work. I’m definitely going to report the BBB. This place should put the customer first not how each worker get a piece of one client. Very unhappy with my experience. My feet looks really bad embarrassed to even put pictures up. I will put them up when I get home.

Lilly did amazing job on my feet and my daughter’s nails best daddy daughter time ever highly recommend to whoever wants to come and spend time with her daughter. Great customer service for you. OK thank you

Omg! I been getting my nails done for like 2 1/2 years. It’s the man that sit right in the back, he has messed up on my nails so many times and try to hide it and not charge me full price. Today I was fed up with him saying he can do them correctly and they still came out messed up. Then the lady at the first table by the register, she decided she wanted to talk crazy and start yelling at me all because she had to fix my nails. I said that was my last time coming there. I won’t be going there again. I’m done with that place. I refuse to be disrespected and I’m paying my money.
Requested style: Black Shellac polish with Gold shellac glitter polish on top.

My Mother’s Christmas gift to my 5 year old and I, was to get our nails done. 5 year old just got nail polish of course and she’s thrilled with hers. I requested something cute for my nails. We are happy. I showed a picture to the lady that did my nails and said to her, “Can you do my nails like this picture?”. She did my nails better than the picture! I should of got her name. I will be back. I recommend this place for sure! Merry Christmas!

Customer service is okay but work quality is below average. I got a regular gel mani and even after asking him to fix it 4 times, my nails were still left looking a mess. They were extremely lumpy and uneven and my hands were covered in black polish from the soak off, which he didn’t clean. Also, the salon is super cluttered and dirty. The tools aren’t sanitized properly. This man was about to cut my cuticle with a random tool he took out of a drawer. That was my first red flag. ? I would avoid this place. Bare natural nails are better than trashy looking ones.

I really loved this location & I'm certainly considering making this my "go-to." They are very clean, they took me in right away as a walk-in, and the staff was fantastic. Their work was great & Im glad I stumbled upon them.

they took forever on my nails almost as if he rushed it, he was coughing, sneezing, running nose. They charged me 105 for nothing my pedicure the massage was good but the nail polish sucks they didn't use the color I wanted make the french tip super thick. I have lumps everywhere white nail polish all under my nails the point are off there super thick the shape is off. I'm so upset I'm pregnant so I cried they're so ugly. Worst nail place ever!!!!!

Took my daughter last minute to get her nails done for Homecoming. And omgness Kristy did an amazingly beautiful job!! Ty we'll definitely be going back.
