Did a walk in. New to area so don’t have a home nail shop yet. Was super pleased with my refill. He did a great job. Surprisingly very quite not much business. Deluxe pedicure next. Again very happy with service and price. Will stop by again.

Horrible!
I rarely leave a bad review but my Mom was treated so poorly.
Regal nails in the walmart 8030 Bandera.
A man did my Mom's nails yesterday, and they came out SO BAD. See pics.
Mom said a short lady working the front desk was constantly interrupting. She was chatting and constantly sticking her phone in front of his face to show him stuff on her phone. It's hard to see your clients nails while this is taking place. My Mom finally said something.
The lady was so disrespectful and dismisive. My mom asked to have her nails fixed, and the lady would not accommodate.
Bless my Mom, she was overcharged and still paid. Disgraceful when people take advantage of the elderly.
Service and workmanship, unacceptable!

If I could put zero stars I would had a bad experience but gave them a 2nd chance daughters nails looked ok so went back today asked lady if she could do nails like pic for daughter she said yes numerous times so got just a reg set for myself mind u lady started daughters nails 10 mini before mine were started right before mine were painted asked guy just want to make sure lady is able to do nails like pic he said no I told him she said yes like 5 times then I was overcharged on my fills and had to pay 40 when a new set is 30 also to find out lady took 45 minutes just taking my daughters nails off hadn’t even started her set when mine was about done I was so upset I left without getting my nails painted do not go here that was my 3rd and final time and was told well lady doesn’t speak English so she didn’t understand what she was saying yes to . Don’t go here !!!!!

Went there for my jell polish nails and they don't have the color I picked also the lady doesn't speak English at all it was so difficult communicating with her and the job was terrible

I’ve tried giving this place the benefit of doubt but everytime i come here they always changing their prices. I get the same thing every-time pedi with shellacs. I’ve been charged 45 but this time I was charged 65. I will not be returning!!!

The man there did a horrible job on my manicure he didn’t even out the shape of my nails and when he was massaging my hand he was way to rough he pinched me hand he made my whole hand red he had nothing but attitude just a mean old man don’t go here I will be reporting this place on every platform I was so disgusted

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was my first and last time going there. An older woman did my pedi and she was really nice did a good job but got my nails done by the older man. He was so horrible. Rushed through everything and was so rough he cut me while filing the side of my nail. I wanted powder color and didn’t realize when I walked in they only do gel and did the worst job I have ever had done to my nails. I was there with my mom and she also got both pedi and mani so at checkout the older man charged me $200 ($50 each pedi and $50 each mani). As we started walking out the older woman ran behind us saying he undercharged us and we still had to pay $20 more. This was a waste of my time and money I went there because it was closer to my house but I guess it’ll be better to just drive the extra miles to get what I really want. Here is what my mom asked for and what she got.

I went in for a fill and a pedicure with shellac polish this afternoon and it did not last even a DAY. I was in a hurry when I was leaving and did not have a chance to take a good look at the set and my pedicure and if I had I NEVER would have left. When I actually took a closer look at my nails they were done terribly. On my acrylic set the top coat was not put on the entirety of the nails and parts of the nail are bumpy and uneven. My pedicure, which I paid for extra for to have the shellac polish for longevity of wear, already chipped and was done very messy. For the $90 I was charged that is horrible. I have never had this experience anywhere.Update-I reached out after this to address the reply to this review which was incredibly rude. My “financial situation” is irrelevant. I paid for a service and it was done poorly. The person I spoke to was very rude and just said to come have them redo it. So I came the day before yesterday and they did an even worse job than before. It also chipped AGAIN. Will never come back here.Services: Pedicure

Took my husbands 7yr old Grandaughter to just get gel polish on her tiny nails n toes, I was charged outrageously $50. I would have understood if it was an adult and a mani, pedi. But just polish for a child! And the lady was older woman very nervous type personality. Not worth the time $$$ here,.you will get cheated out of your money.Service: Nail painting

Took my granddaughter here for a $50 acrylic manicure and a $15 pedicure. Should have been $65 plus tax right? NO! The older woman made my granddaughter pay $100!!! She was going to charge her $90 for the Mani pedi and my granddaughter told her she only had $100. So the woman told her that she'd give my granddaughter a discount and only charge her $85 PLUS a $15 TIP!!! My granddaughter was so intimidated that she agreed. Then cried all the way home because that woman took all her money and the nails have a BAD PAINT JOB! My granddaughter is 16 and wanted to do the salon by herself while I shopped in the Walmart store. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING A YOUNG GIRLS MONEY!!!! She just started her first job and that was her ENTIRE paycheck. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE!!!

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The place was clean and customer service was very nice. I had the best pedicure and foot massage, thank you Cali. Had my eyebrows wax as well. All the services provided were done well and what I liked is they took their time and didn’t rush thru the process. I will be returning.Services: Waxing
