The staff is excellent and very accommodating. I observed how they interacted with regular customers and found them to be thorough and open to questions. My nail technician worked quickly and meticulously. They also did a great job of maintaining a clean workspace. I showed my technician pictures of the design I wanted, and he nailed it. If I didn't live an hour away, this would be my new go-to nail salon!
