First time ever going to REI, my wife and I needed shoes, Hoka's, tried on many different pairs and purchased a pair for each of us. We appreciated Aubrey's help in getting us the shoes, his patience and friendliness. He was extremely busy but still took care of us and was kind to all. Thank you REI and wanted to let you know Aubrey should be recognized.

I love this store I have bought so many time in here and they always have everything that I need ! People are so nice and helpful in every REI that I’ve been. This store is a small one but I still found everything and I got more stuff that I needed.

Worst customer service honestly what in the world. Not only was I there at the shoes for 20 minutes and no one bothered to even look at me. They helped everyone else though. After chasing someone to help me out finally she kept bringing me the wrong color shoes until I asked if they even have the color I requested she said no. So then say so!! hello???? At the register same thing other lady jumped on she helped the guy in front of me because other register was caught up helping another person. Then she helps him and jumps off…. Uh ok so I wait and wait and she jumps back on because other register is still busy with other customer… she asks are you ready??? No im just standing here at the register line with shoes for the fun of it… first time here and last. I’m going to fleet feet next and probably returning my shoes. Sheesh

Josh at the bike shop was fantastic in helping me find a saddle for my bike. He took the extra time to teach me a few things and tune up my riding position before my big ride this weekend! Great experience! Big thanks to him!! 🙏

The selection of clothing for men is pretty abysmal. Arrangement is also confusing with men's and women's apparal sections mixed. Shoe options and sizes are also pretty bare bones m Somewhat small compared to other stores in the country. Unfortunate, since the staff are nice. Classes are also simple, most of the outdoor stuff is in Austin. Just do your shopping online and use this place for returns till the company cares to make it better.

I came to get hiking shoes for my daughter and I and Elliot helped us find the perfect pairs. He was super patient even though we tried on loads of shoes and wanted to make sure we had a great fit. Great experience.

Best bike shop in all of SA ... I called and called all the shops of SA and no answer or be acting stupid lol ... when i called REI and I spoke with Sam in the bike shop very knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding.... 10 out of 10 recommended ? ? ? ? fixed my GhostCat F2.2 rear wheel flat in no time... awesome dude .... ride on ... a bike is a bike ????????

I outdoor travel a lot and every trip I come in w specific requests ie waterproof hiking shoes for scrambling over boulders, or something specific that I prefer to select there (vs amazon) and they’ve successfully taken me to EBC, BBNP, Hiking in Ireland, Mt Fuji, etc and I cannot express enough how GRATEFULL I am for their help! As they say, there is no such thing as extreme weather, just improper clothing ??

I am very disappointed in the men's running selection at this store. They carry women's Janji and Rabbit gear, but there are no items for these brands for men. I guess men don't run as much? Hmmm.
