I stopped by to purchase my protein as usual. George, the customer service representative was helpful in informing me of current products to help with my training. He even sent me on my way with a sample. Always great customer service when I shop at Rocks!

Great parking I was greeted as soon as I walked in. George really helped me picking out what I needed. He also made some great suggestions for my current goals. I will definitely be revisiting this location.

My daughter’s and I got to Rock’s right at opening today (Sunday). We were greeted upon entering and asked if we needed any help. I told him that I was coming in for pre workout. Jon questioned us on what we were taking and suggested a few different options. We came from Kerrville which is an hour away even though I know supplements can be shipped. We all 3 got our InBody testing and Jon went over all of our results as well as how to make some improvements to see better results. We appreciated the individual attention to each of our analysis and also appreciated the knowledge that was shared. The big selection to chose supplements from was a huge plus.

Always so helpful and non-judgmental...Starting over on my fitness journey 112 lb overweight and absolutely felt comfortable walking in here exactly 1 month ago for my first time ever. Just wish I would have came 10y ago!!! If so I'd likely be just maintaining my goal weight/physique now.But I always say, as long as you're breathing, it's never too late to change and reach your goals.Today when I was in Rocks to print out my 1 month progress since starting with my Personal Trainer, Nancy... shout out to Slow Burn Fitness (she sent me here 1 month ago and sends all her clients to Rocks)... I was given the best customer service as always and learned that one of the employees also has Hashimotos like me. My trainer does as well and this just gives me a new hope I had lost literally 13y ago when I was diagnosed. They are the first women I've seen with Hashimotos and actually fit and living their best lives. I know I can do this now that I have the right circle of support!Thank you Rocks! ? ❤️

Went in there looking for a few things in which Gonzalo helped me pick out the best options for me. No questions asked best associate to have helped me. Very knowledgeable in everything and explained what every item has. Gonzalo definitely knows how to truly help a customer.

Very clean store with helpful workers especially Gonzalo! He was well informed on all products and gave lots of great tips and direction on how to take the supps I purchased:) will definitely be coming back for all my supplements needs!
