No entiendo por qué estás tiendas venden demasiado si la calidad de las prendas que vende dicha tienda son de dudosa calidad no no muy buena calidad las prendas zapatos o artículos muy pronto se estropean en mi particular punto de vista no me gusta comprar en estas tiendas aunque los precios supuestamente están más bajos que en tiendas normales

Today, on May 14, on tusday, I went to the fitting room and had big carts that I left some clothes insid before I go to fitting room, but after I came back the women told me that she moved my stuff to smaller carts because she want to give my carts to other customers, but she did this because I have different race and that was racism. Unfortunately, I did not say anything to this impolite woman because I am sure she did not grow up with respect. That is why she has a hard time respecting others. Sorry for her. This is san antonio, where they share your information, and they allow poor to disrespect and harrass you.

I like going to this Ross store the one on Austin highway the employees there are so rude they don't even say hi. This Ross does when you walking in great customer service definitely going back again.

Skinny, cracked out female employee putting clothes back from fitting rooms was very condescending and uncourteous when my wife asked for assistance.

Had most of what we were looking for...and some things we weren't but were pleasantly surprised to find! Liked that their selections weren't as in out of order as most Ross stores are..
