WORST customer service ever by Yvonne who shouldn’t be a manager but instead a back worker if anything seeing as how she doesn’t have the skills,attitude, or look to being a manager of any sort.

Horrible wait time stood in line almost 20 minutes and the manager kept walking around with other cashiers while one register stayed open the entire time poor girl. Her name was Andrea and she was super friendly even though the line was crazy long and she had no help.

It is impossible to do a return here. They only have a single line for all registers, including the customer service register. They will make you get in line as if you're buying something, and that wasn't the case for me. There should be a customer service line, and when someone fills that line, they should be automatically helped next in line. Not an efficient way to run a Ross.

Was shopping around looking for Christmas things but just so happen to stumble upon the FAMOUS Kello Kitty Blanket after using the bathroom. Lady said it was no one's and then she asks over the walkie and took a minute before a reply. Then was told it was on hold for the Manager. LOL. I hear this at almost every chance I try and results always 0..

I just experienced a really rude cashier. I guess this store has no customer service training. Horrible experience. I've never had an issue at the other Ross Stores. Wish there was an option of zero stars.

Got large glass containers for food. Surprised to find more than one. Store was clean, staff was friendly.

Went this afternoon at 4:30 pm. There were more shoes on the floor than on the racks. Same with clothes, clothes on floor throughout the store. Did the store get this way since it opened this morning?

Lines are always long. Usually 1-2 cashiers open with 50 ppl standing in line.
