WARNING photos are GROSS!!! It’s understandable that stores are not gonna be in the “best” condition after the holidays. BUT…the restrooms at this location was the absolute worst I have ever seen ANYWHERE!!! My young niece could not use the restroom because it was BAD!! I did inform 2 associates and the security guard upfront and no one did anything!! Management should at least send someone in every 3 hours or so to check the restrooms.

The old lady working there was such a rude and nasty person with 0 customer service. Is not everyone’s fault that she doesn’t like her job. She started yelling at us for not putting the cloth back in the hangers the way she wanted, I feel bad for the coworkers who have to deal with her everyday. The store has good prices and variety of things but they really need to give customer service training or tell this lady to retire.

Whoever was working register one at 10am on Saturday Dec 14th was absolutely rude. Did the return, I had put the receipt on the counter thinking they need it to scan, she just flicked it back to me. I stand there waiting to put the card in the device, not knowing if that’s how it’s done or not, and she removes tags, puts the clothes away, then the shoes and I’m there waiting and then she said it’ll go back on the card. Like you couldn’t tell me that sooner? And that was it. Definitely felt like she was annoyed with the work and hope we never see her again tbh

After I made my purchase and the woman behind the counter bagged my items, they still wanted to check my bag and receipt, even though I was the only customer walking from the cashier to the exit, which was disappointing.

I purchased my two items with the crime prevention person standing at the door watching while I paid. Then the cashier stated that my bag and receipt will be checked at the exit door. I immediately asked why when you both just watched me pay for my items. If I’m not suspected of a crime, shoplifting or stealing, then why are you trying to require me to show my receipt and items in my bag that I purchased. It is not law or required for me to unless you suspect me of a crime. If you don’t want to be treated like a thief don’t shop here.

This store is so slow! I swear it took 25 minutes to ring 8 people up including myself and everyone had maybe 5 things in their hands, the cashiers seem like they cannot multi-task like talk to customers and ring up at the same time

Would honestly love to know the reason as to why I need my recipet checked when LP stands 5 feet away from the check stand and sees me being checked out. Do yall think I stole something, or do you think your cashier didn’t ring me up right?? It makes no sense you see me paying but ask for my recipet 10 seconds later. LP should be walking around the store that’s where theft happends not at the check stands

This store is very slow, although it just got even slower, the fact that I usually have to wait in a very long line to be checked out is bad enough, but to know that the loss prevention lady just stares at almost every single transaction, and you still have to show her the receipt along with let her look in the bag before leaving this Ross location is insane! all the other locations don’t even do this just this one. I purchaed one item only so i only had one item in the bag and the lady at the front door ask “can you please open the bag?” Like what i just saw you stare at the only cashier ringing me up and you still need to see my bag smh.

The employees and prices are great usually but today while shopping there i had a manger say hi. In am indifferent tone. Then she stops the employee working at the isle over to reprimand him about "the way he clocked out the other day but didn't remember when exactly" as another manger hovered around me i guess seeing if i was tring to steal.
I myself am management at my workplace and have learnt that you do not reprimand an employee on the sales floor let alone in front of a customer. Especially when that employee is already working on the clock and being productive. And if the other guy was watching me then he should have helped me straighten up thier mens under garment section so that i wouldn't take me 15 min to not find my size.
Anyway I was over comed with anger and embarrassment for the reprimanded employee that i left my would be purchases at the counter and informed the cashier that the manger in the mens section needed to treat her employees with respect.
