Prepare to be frustrated, treated like a thief and a nuisance, and wait a long time to be checked out by someone with a terrible attitude. Do not plan to buy jewelry. Pretend there are no returns or exchanges, bc in reality they make it impossible. Do not shop here if you plan to buy a lot of items, bc the carts won’t go outside.. and neither will the employees.. even if you have a broken foot.. and you spent $250.. and one item is a very large rug.. and you have no one with you to help. You will still be on your own to manage getting your purchase to your car, unless another customer offers to help out of pity after seeing the employees refuse. This is the graveyard of customer service. Your time and inner peace are worth far more than you will save by shopping here. Go to Marshall’s, trust me.

I work behind the location, every-time I go in there I am followed around, only person speak is loss prevention, store is always messy especially in shoe department. I don’t carry my purse when shopping only my iPhone with my digital cards and money in my braw. All thise staff following people around need to either be organizing store or working a register, I was followed but an alternated person stealing ran a muck in your store. Jokes on you guys women who shop alone won’t possibly have a purse. Also know your clientale as I come by every other day. I’m not there to take anything, I feel this is done as I am a certain race in your area wrong person. And slight disappointed, if you guys were not here my job you would never see me, I get followed around to spend upwards to $300 of my cash do better.

It was completely messy which it's ross that's not why I'm giving one star I'm giving one star because the cashier was demanding the hangers to be tooken off and not like a hey for a faster check out please take off hangers. It was a you need to take of your own hangers even with a customer that had 3 clothing items customer care out the door

So if you stand at the jewelry desk even with pressing the assistance button the cashier will just completely ignore you and if you ask the chubby security guard he does the same. The customer service at this location is the worst and management needs to retrain their employees on how to acknowledge customers
Update 1/29
Tried this store and again a different cashier completely ignored the assistance announcement and me standing at the counter , preceded to wait for a line to build up ,goes behind the counter, starts pressing some register buttons then starts taking customers that lined up after I had already been waiting, turns around and tella me I have to wait til she gets the line down. Do better with your training Ross cause this stores lack of customer service is ridiculous. Hopefully corporate will actually do something about this ongoing issue

This store is horrible. The inventory is terrible and what is the point of a self check out if you still have to be scanned out by someone. Won’t be returning to Ross stores.

Very good compared to other stores. This one was much more cleaner than the nearby ones. Lots of staff as well looking over all the details. There was 3 registers open which is like triple what I normally see at other locations.

This location is very rude and unprofessional. I came in for a return with an item that was sold to me with no price tag. The item was priced at the register at checkout. I did not have a physical receipt but I was providing bank transactions on my phone. Manager said she would view the cameras. I gave date and time & details. Manager did not come back to speak to me at all regarding the camera surveillance or how to resolve the issue. I had to stand back in line to speak to a cashier only to be told manager hadn’t viewed the cameras. I had been in the store waiting for a solution for an hour. I understand I did not have a receipt. But it is not my fault the item did not have a price tag. I ended up taking the items back with me. An absolute unprofessional and terrible experience. The manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend this location.

Ross used to be the store. Now it's a big mess of everything just piled up stuff and it seems like they continue to get some of the same items for you yes

Trash shoes said size 11 Iive ,2 hours away I went there on a vacation I called seeing if they could help me out they basically said it wasn't there fault and for me to drive 2 hours ride and return them the tag said size 11 the shoes are size 8 I didnt realize i was buying shoes of a crack head thar it was a 50 50 risk I threw the receipt thinking i got what i wanted and paid for be very diligent when u go there definitely wouldn't buy deodorant there either every men scent they had was already open
