Waited in line for 10 minutes while one cashier conversed with the manager who couldn’t find the time to checkout or assist another customer. She was also very rude and unfriendly. I decided to leave without making my purchase and I could hear her giggle with her cashier buddy while I left. They seemed to enjoy making customers leave without making a purchase. I do not recommend shopping at this Ross.

Went to Ross today and noticed two young women clearly stealing clothes. We saw the security tags laying on the ground. We told the cashier and she just smiled. Then we noticed her check out these two women and quickly realized that this is an inside job. You guys might want to check the cashier camera footage at the 281 and 1604 store on 10/25 aound 2:00.

I am disabled and spend about $400 a month here. Yet, they rush and rush and rush and rush me out of the dressing room. Purely disrespectful. They should show more respect for the disabled and elderly. Rudest retail staff I have ever met and that is saying something. It's their job, but they act like nothing is their job. And they laugh at customers and talk behind their back and then let illegals get away with whatever they want.

Buyer beware a long hair guy who was at the casher tried to pull a fast one. I had lots of items and and 4 little kids . The guy scan 2 thing really fast while I wasn't looking because i was still putting things on the counter. However my total was over two hundred dollars,which i knew it was going to around that amount.. When I was grabbing all the bags I ask him if that was all my bags, he look down like he saw something but said yes to me. I went home and look at my recipe and I was charge for 2 things that I did not purchase or have ... I called the store and told them i have 2 purchased items that i did not buy ,but was charge for.. They said maybe a bag was left behind and sure enough they was a bag left behind that match the two ski numbers on my recipe... So be careful... I work retail and the cashier would scan items and at the end the night would take those items home.The store would not notice as stolen because they were paid for by the buyers
and the buyer didnt check their recipe.

It is very messy and disorganized. However, sometimes you can find some good value products if you have the time to search through the chaos, as products aren’t sorted into the right area. Also, it seems like parents drop off their kids in the furniture section while they shop and they use it as a play area climbing on top of everything. This is more of an annoyance than the mess, as any furniture with fabric was dirty and most items were broken.

Honestly, every employee I’ve talked to or that’s “helped” me has been rude. Especially the cashiers. It’s actually crazy. I’ve been in customer service for so many years and I can’t believe it’s tolerated.

I have bought many things from this store of great quality. For some reason it is not well stocked like it was before. It has empty shelves and that is the reason I only give it 4 stars.

It was a nice store to look for bargains. I bought a couple of name brand clothing at a good price. However, the store reminded me of a resell store they way it looks and lack of help on the floor for questions.
