Just got done shopping found some really nice things however, there are plus size women who like nice clothing to wear. Most of your extremely nice blouses are geared towards the smaller women. Plus the guy at the register today March 14th 2025 at 2pm talk Caucasian with short hair wearing a olive green shirt, he wears glasses. Absolutely rude, rude, rude. I've worked in very busy places as a manager of a PX on base, and in no way would our people treat customers that way. Your customers are why you are in business, pay them the respect they deserve while they are spending hundreds of dollars in your store! Like I did and do.

Jasmine was extremely rude and was rushing me and my mom out of the store as we were walking out the alarm went off and we went back to the counter and she’s like which bag with attitude and then rips the bag as she’s putting the clothes back in and then proceeds to put the clothes in a new bag and then grabs the ripped bag and puts it in the new bag

The employees were amazing. Friendly, kind and helpful. I don't think I've experienced that level of service at any other Ross. You have a great bunch. They seemed to be in between seasons or very heavily shopped as the selection was scarce. Hardly any shoes! I did walk away with what I needed for a wedding so it's not impossible to find something. Actually it was nice not having to dig around as everything was easily seen. The store and the dressing rooms were clean.

I like Ross was just wishing it was more organized. The clerks however were very accommodating and professional. They moved the
" always long checkout lines"
effectively and honestly,
respectfully. I appreciated that kind of customer service. It's hard for employees during the holidays to deal with customers. Today though, the two young men at the front were pros.

Always great deals. This one in particular is always well stocked. They only had 2 cashiers but they were very efficient and got me out of there in no time.

Only one cashier, she was dealing with a return item having difficulty processing return. Customer in line in front of me couldn't wait anymore so she left when cashier saw this then she paged for assistance. I waited too long also and line was long. I mentioned why they don't have a refund/exchange counter she said store is cutting back. Too bad it affects service no wonder they have hiring signs posted on door

I just moved to this side of town a couple of weeks ago. Ross is my favorite store ever to shop at. But this Ross has taken every bit of happiness out of their store! I went to this Ross twice & both times I was appalled by how bad the inventory items are. Everything is absolutely atrocious! It’s like their inventory clerk is an 80 year old karen just picking the ugliest items to ever be made! I went through the store in all sections to see if I could at least find one item and I didn’t even find one! All sections of the store from clothing to home decor need to be thrown out and redone by someone that is in tune with the current fashion! I would give this store 0 stars but it won’t let 🙄

Rude old lady in the dressing room area likes to get an attitude with people and treat them like theyre a nuisance for needing her to open the bathroom. Almost peed my pants because of her inability to do her job. Definitely go to tjmaxx or oldnavy if you dont want rude employees and lines all across the store.
