Out of all the locations in San Antonio. This one has to be the absolute slowest/worst at restocking the men’s department. It’s almost the end of January and they still have the same products since December. How is that every other Ross is fully stock in the men’s department but not this one?

They really need customer service desk. I bought a statue for 14.99 and they wanted to give 4.99 return as store credit. I talked with manager and her name is jackline, she still did not care.

Rita the African with braids who works dressing room is super unprofessional. I am a district Teacher shopping for school clothes following policy! She asked me to hang up all my clothes on a rack to count them. Hands me my number and says nothing. I watch another family of opposite color go behind me with same amount of items if not more and she lets them go right in. Mind you I have no purse with me or anything to even “steal”. I just think If it’s the policy to do that fine but don’t pick and choose! Count everyone’s items! This isn’t the first time the same girl has made me feel uncomfortable. I am African American myself so to be treated this way by someone of color who should be more understanding is insane. I expressed my concern to the manager which she didn’t say much except “Rita doesn’t seem like that type”. Everyone is rude and stuck up
