they are so rude and make you do their job and literally start yelling at you because they're making you take off the hangers and make sure you have everything done for them and then get mad when you're not fast enough. At this point, close down and reopen with a WHOLE NEW TEAM. this used to be my favorite Ross but with these new cashiers NO THANK YOU! they need attitude adjustmentsđ¤Ł

workers are always so rude and disrespecting customers, I see it every time I come. getting irritated with elder customers, when they had just been rushing and shouting at them seconds before that. petition for all new workers!!

The service was terrible I was trying to get a dress and the security tag was connected to another piece of clothing so I went to the register for it to be removed to try it on but the ladies at the register told me that she couldnât do it and that I needed to do the line just to me removed it and had a long line so I asked the other girl on register that was also on the floor if she could help and she told me and that she couldnât do it and that Iâd have to go back and wait in line after I told her I needed the dress for tomorrow morning. Ross is one of my favorites stores but I didnât imagine that the one at La cantera had the worst customer service.

My first time here was in December & it was pretty messy & only one girl working the register. I understand holiday season is busy. So understandable, fast forward to now mid January, I had the same girl check me out. It was much more cleaner, I was able to shop without tripping over stuff. Well I got to the register & the girl was a bit rude. No âdid you find everything alrightâ, âis your night going well?â I understand that if you donât want to talk to people, but it is customer service. Itâs your job to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I could be reaching it is just Ross. Anyway she was not friendly, it was âcash or card?â âCan you take the clothes off the hangers?â I didnât have anyone behind me, itâs not my job to take off the hangers off the clothes. Now if she asked politely I totally wouldnât care, but I was being told to. Anyway, as she was done ringing my stuff up after I paid, she told me to grab the receipt? I donât know, isnât it your job to smile & give me the receipt or put it in the bag, & say âhave a good night! Hereâs your receipt.â I get that you see a bunch of people everyday& have the same line and routine. I donât think I will be coming back to this store, I will definitely take a drive to a different Ross.

Do not go to this Ross if you want to wait a century in line because they abuse their employees. How dare you only have one girl on the register during holiday season?
Wait time in line was over an hour!
Management here is ridiculous and corporate should be notified.

Good selection and pricing, but usually only 1 register open, 10 employees walking around, and a long line.

Doesnât matter if there is a staff shortage thereâs no excuse to have only one person work the registers with a line out the door! Management should be ashamed!!

itâs absolutely ridiculous that you have only one cashier especially during the holiday season. itâs disrespectful to both your employees and your customers. i hope corporate follows up with how horribly you schedule/treat your employees. great job to the girl who held the fort down by herself!

1 star rating for the actual store âRoss,â *****5 STAR rating on the one cashier that was working today all by herself. Line was so long took 45 minutes to check out. Couldnât be me, if I was the employee working today, I wouldâve walked out. Even through all of that, she maintained a positive attitude and had a smile on her face. She deserves a raise, probably even a promotion since management was absolutely no help today.
