Incredible customer service, options, accommodations, and prices! Scott was a delight to work with. He was extremely patient, full of knowledge, and very kind. The rug is beautiful, but you can buy beautiful rugs from many different web sites, but if customer service above and beyond is important to you, this is the only place to go. These folks are awesome. They tracked down one of the last remaining items from the manufacture and made sure it arrived, after I put in the wrong address. These days trust is really important, and RugStudio is the best.

I bought a large area rug, runner, rug pad at Rug Studio. John was amazing - super knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Because of John's guidance and advice, I picked the perfect rugs for our living area. Pricing was right on point as well. I am just thrilled! I most certainly recommend John (and Scott who also assisted) at this Rug Studio location. You can't go wrong.

I purchased a large area rug from RugStudio. Scott was very helpful with the and was able to give a better price than an online company. He stayed in touch with the manufacturer to find out when the rug when be delivered to them. I paid for the in home delivery which was great to have done. They move furniture, measure the pad and make sure it is correct, place the rug on top, move furniture back, haul the old rug away. I would and have purchased another rug from them. Just waiting on the second rug to come from the manufacturer.

We went to a number of rug stores in town looking for the perfect area rug, and RugStudio was the last place we tried. It was a hidden gem. This was the place where we found the perfect 9x13 area rug for our living room. John at RugStudio was very helpful in helping us find a perfect match to complement our home's interior. We had such a great experience we recommended them to my wife's sister, and she also found the perfect rugs for her home after a great deal of comparison. John was always patient and helpful with all of us. I highly recommend you include RugStudio in your search for the perfect rug. They are located very close to another rug store that you will likely visit, so please do not forget about RugStudio. It's hidden away in a business park, but well worth the visit.
