I wouldn’t recommend for Military veterans as they don’t allow time for appointments nor time to grow into the company. Management has no communication and will continuously mismanage drivers.

Always a great and positive experience with the rental department. I never have any problems with getting the truck im in need of. Always very sweet and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone for their rental needs.

The sales and service staff are truly committed to providing the utmost in Ryder Account Customer experience. My company rented for the first time with some obstacles. The staff at the depot were quick to resolve them. The vehicles were clean and modern. It was the best rental experience I have had in a very long time.

Been to many Ryders for tire repairs and it just seems like nobody really wants to work anymore but I’m glad I can always depend on Marcus always getting people in and out Of the way compared to corpus trying to make people wait 2-3 hours for a tire change.Again thank you Marcus for you great work ethics and motivation

I want to thank Elizabeth, the general manager of the San Antonio office for helping us retrieve partial of our repairs and downtime. She’s a great manager at the location and more than anything a great person. I hope Coop recognizes that they have a true leader working for them. She is awesome in customer service like no other.We wouldn’t have had any resolution without her. I wish I could give her more than five stars. Dropped lease trailer off at noon Feb 17th. Need trailer tires as cords are showing from alignment wear. My last trip in to Ryder, I wrote it up and verbally communicated that an alignment was probably necessary as tire wear is unnatural and premature. As expected it was dismissed. It's Feb 28th and my trailer still is sitting, I called and was placed on hold for a stupid amount of time. When I asked why notes or work are not submitted and looked up in computer, I was told that "I'm not getting into the logistics of why". When equipment I lease is not being used, because Ryder can't or won't fix it, my response to why the my monthly lease payment wasn't made will be"I'm not getting into the logistics of it with you"How do you expect payment when you hold the equipment I lease from you hostage?

I have 3 lease trucks and I dread having to deal with their service department. Roadside service takes too long and it’s difficult to get updates on equipment in the shop. Every time you call you are transferred to a call center it takes far too long to talk to someone who isn’t on-site and can’t help. This is even with their “platinum” hotline. I am starting to regret these leases, and good luck getting a rental or sub.

Was in a hurry on tge morning of 7/28/21 at6am inask wat time fueling started i was told 6am a meeting was going on so i waited til 605a and approached the staff letting them know i was in a hurry and they serviced me asap they were very professional and patient armando did his job thanks

In Miami Florida on 54th Street me and my co-driver had to wait outside in heat for about a hour it was 98 degrees when the shop was making repairs on the Ryder rental he's 62years and I'm 56 years the manager at this location told me and my co-driver that if we are not Ryder we are not allowed ? in the drive lounge 6-25-2021 around lunch time and no one had a mask on but we did and I have the covid vaccine shot so if don't believe me ask to look at the surveillance cameras I will never go back the
