Package was damaged product was not kept cold ice packs were melting had to return unkept product happens ever time box had been opened very poor care

Customer service claims to have contacted me three times by phone and emailed me, none if which can I find a record of. Slow/no shipping of products and bad communication about returns/refunds. With so many options to purchase medical supplies, don't go with SP
