I usually go to this location all the time. Staff alway friendly. Last Saturday I went trying to find a new color for my hair. There was 2 really nice ladys working. And one of the went above and beyond to help me!! I couldn’t take her name but she was the best!

I'm so glad I went in today for hair color. I was looking for the blackest hair dye possible. The girl with the black and green hair, I wish I had her name because I would love to give her the recognition I feel she deserves, helped me narrow my choices down to two options. She seemed knowledgeable on both products and gave her own opinion along with reviews she has also heard, which is great. I went with the Wella permanent hair dye in Black Licorice NN1, got 2 boxes because I have waist length hair, and I already had 10 volume developer at home, so I didn't need to purchase anymore. Came home, colored my hair and I'm in love with how dark it is. I was very impressed at how even though I did get a good amount on my skin and out of my hairline, that it washed right off and didn't stain. The recommendation was spot on and I'm very happy with my purchase. Huge thanks to the girl working who helped me today. Thank you for helping me achieve the color I was looking for!

BUYERS BEWARE. I bought make up on Dec 20TH 2021 and asked the cashier the return policy. She said I had 60 days with receipt. I then went home and put on makeup which gave me a raging pinkeye infection. I returned to store on Dec 21th 2021 asking for money back as makeup had given me pinkeye. Cashier one told me that she would have to call someone to verify that “used” makeup could be returned. I showed her the back of receipt which did not bar used make up for being returned. She then with cashier 2 stated the “Sally’s changes it’s policies every month” because “people steal using old receipts” as I was being accused of not only returning used makeup but possibly having stolen it, I couldn’t believe that the attack continued as she spoke to someone on the phone who also had to verify that brushes could be returned as a lady next to me requested to return a possibly used brush. Cashier 2 was happy to return the lady’s brush while I stared on in disbelief at my accusers with bloodshot infected eyes. I showed cashier 1 my receipt and she just shook her head and said “it didn’t matter if I had a receipt.” I was prepared to return the $28 contaminated makeup and purchase a curling iron for $44 but decided not to as it might be defective and the makeup Nazis would force me to keep it even if it didn’t work.

I walked in a no one helped me out and when I ask if I they had a color the girl (Stephane) said “if you look it’s right here” she was very rude she asked another costumer if they needed help and when they asked a question in Spanish she right away said “oh I don’t speak Spanish” so that costumer walked out. And while she was on the phone with another costumer I had asked if she could check another store for what I was looking for and she said “I can’t I’m on the phone” she just sounded like she didn’t want to help if anyone is looking to go to a Sally’s I would not come to this one!!!!
