This location is typically well stocked and their employees are very knowledgeable about products, and everything needed to get your look how you want it to come out. Kudos to this locations staff.

So disappointed in the DM Melissa Soto. I have never in my life berated one of my employees like she has. To be embarrassing your employees in front of customers? DISGUSTING. The stores employees and management are so kind and always so helpful to me and everyone I recommend this store to. You can tell they are tired and overworked and don’t have proper rest periods. Employees have worked while sick and you can clearly tell that this is not by choice. The whole world is understaffed and yet the District Manager is punishing the ones who showed up. Sally beauty….do better for your employees because it’s no wonder your other stores are suffering too. Listen to your customers or this company will continue to fail. I would have left zero stars if I could. The star is for the employees and management work ethic.

I have been shopping in Sally's for over 20 years! Never in my life have I felt so degraded. I went to this location and asked if they had clipper guide combs. The girl with the pink hair said that she couldn't remember what they are but all the combs are in "this" section. I explained to her that they're thguards that attach to clippers during haircuts. She then told me that they don't carry those. Though there was no one else in the store but another of her coworkers she seemed to be rushi g me to leave. So I asked her do they have a section for clippers and she pointed and said "it's over there." Then she followed me over there and low and behold there was an entire shelf of them. When I told her that they were what I was looking for she tried to tell me that they were for ion clippers only. But there were guards there for all kinds of clippers from andis to wahl and oster. When I mentioned it to her she looked at me and said "these items are not returnable." I told her that the items are$2-$4 and I'd be spending more money on gas than that to return it. ? I've been to Sally's all over the USA and never had someone in any of their stores talk to me like that. What happened to customer service and a smile? She acted like I was irritating her by patronizing the business she works for. Very unprofessional. I won't be back unless someone from this site can rectify this situation. I've spent well over $160k in my 20+ years coming to Sally's. But I refuse to spend another dime in any of their establishments if they are willing to ignore this complaint.

Had to send my husband to pick up items at the Huebner & Bandera location, I called and the amazing Jasmine had everything ready for him to pay for at the counter. How's that for amazing customer service!!!

I walked in yesterday in need of getting out green that my hairstylist has failed to be able to get out multiple times now. I walked in and immediately asked the first employee I saw for help, and Ericka was on top of it! She was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and sooo helpful. She gave me everything I needed and told me exactly what to do. Once I got home and started mixing everything I was freaking out as this was my first time ever dying my hair. I called back up to the store twice and she once again was SO helpful and informative on exactly what I needed to do and gave me the confidence to move forward. Also, my hair turned out GREAT! The ion brand didn’t damage my already super damaged hair that much and the color looks like it canceled out the green, hopefully for good! Thank you so much Ericka, going above and beyond like you did seriously makes such a huge impact! ?

Great place to get supplies for diy or us retired hairdressers. Nice selection of shears, styling tools as well as ear piercing supplies. Sales are always going on but sometimes the inventory is low. Nice hair color section. Friendly staff.

The staff was very helpful and nice. I came in looking for something to fix my failed hair color and the person who helped me went above and beyond. She took time to answer all of my questions and gave me some recommendations.

It was the most pleasant experience I have had at a Sally's in a very long time. The sales associate was joyful and honest. Working hard to reset the store but quick to tend to customers. Her product knowledge was top notch and I will absolutely return to this location.

I waited 34 minutes to check out, they only had 1 single employee working. Why if there only 1 person working??? I ended up just walking out and not buying anything cause it was ridiclous. definitely taking my business to a different brand.
