Walked in the store, bell rang and Sarah was with us in a flash. to make a long story short, I told her what I'm looking for, thinking there is nothing out there to lighten my hair without bleach and in one minute she found what I needed. She is full of knowledge and the other girl she helped after me (actually at the same time with no problem even turned to us and said "Sarah is great" and we all agreed. Thank you Sarah! I'll now be a regular!

I placed an online order for a few products and it was the last day promotion for free same day delivery. I placed the order, because I do not have a car, and commuting by bus takes a total of two hours plus if the buses run late.I sent it to a family member, because I had to go to work, and they informed me that they received a packet of conditioner instead of the bottle. How could you not read to know the difference between a bottle and a packet, and the huge price difference. The big question is how could you not double check the items to the order, before placing them in a bag???I called the store and spoke to Elliot, and informed her of the situation. She informed me she was new and did not know how to proceed. She placed me on hold, and then came back on the line and said she would call her manager and call me back, which she did call. However, I was told that I had to come in to make an exchange or for a refund. (Why would I have to when it was an employee's mistake??? The employee who packed it should be the one to redeliver the correct item to me.) I informed her I do not have a car, and that's why I placed the order.She place me on hold again to call and inquire with her manager if she could scan the received item to give me the credit for the correct item,....after almost twelve minutes on hold I just hung up. She should have came back on the line to update me, or inform me how much longer it would be.....twenty-six minutes later and no call back.This is the second time this happened on a delivery order. Had a awful experience with Daniella not only was she extremely rude and unprofessional she was sarcastic as well i always place order online and pick up my order this time she couldn’t find my order after presenting her with email confirmation e-mail text confirmation and Sally’s order on app she contacted the manager who stated she will be here in a hour which was not acceptable to me since i had a client soon she told me my options are to wait for manager in a hour or i can re purchase items again after paying online but that was all she could do for me she said i can call customer service as well. Daniella is a new employee it seems who was left unattended at this location she clearly needs re training and a associate with her the store was also getting busy 5 people walked in after me that she not only had to help but check out so she was not going to deal with my issue i contacted Sally’s who informed me my order was online she didn’t know why Daniella said it wasn’t and if she couldn’t find it she could of contacted technical support to help she had tools available but clearly since she was alone and obviously irritated that was not going to work so instead i was dismissed definitely don’t recommend this location they always have a staff shortage problem and go through managers like crazy

I had no clue what products to get but the store manager, Ardell, was incredibly helpful and helped me find all the products I needed and also explained how to use them effectively. I feel much more confident about doing my own hair after having spoke with Ardell. Thank you, I would have been lost without you!

Terrible service at this location, did not feel welcome. The staff isn't knowledgeable about product. Long wait just to be checked out and the manager was not friendly. Go to the one on Nacogdoches or in The Forum for better service.

I'm here June 11, 2021 (6/11/2021) and I decided to stop by Sally before they close and really need to pick up one item. I'm at the parking lot by 6:50 and the guy who's working at the cashier with his hair dyed blonde is pretending to ignore me when it's not even the closing time yet of 7:00pm. In fact I see he walked away and went to the back purposefully so I trid to come back 2 mins later to see if he'll open the door. And I see he did not come back to his register until 7pm. - - - - So technically the store is now closed. - - - - - - I drove this far and this guy decided to 'close early' before 7pm (his own decision) even though the closing time is '7:00 p.m.' by locking the door.This is very rude for him to walk to the back when he sees that there is a customer about to come in from the outside and it's not even 7:00 p.m. yet.

Went there today 5/5/21 .. the lady that was there was very rude with bad manners no help no welcoming like she didnt want to be there .. dont remember her name but it was at 1:09 pm register 2 she even slam the cash drawer to close it ... Ill go to the one on nacogdoches instead .. ? they have better costumer service there !

I have had a couple mis hapes coloring my hair and they always know what I need to do to fix it. They are knowledgeable and nice as can be. I love shopping there.
