A beautiful & efficiently run spa! Everyone who works there is so courteous and friendly. I had permanent makeup performed. Laura is very knowledgable about her art. She was able to correct someone mistakes of a prior tattoo eyebrow job that I had. The colors she picked for my brows & eyeliner were perfect, and The procedure is virtually painless. I was very pleased with my entire procedure, and I highly recommend Laura to you.

Laura initially did a good job but when she says she gives 1 touch up in a year, she is lying. Then trys to blame the customer. Just be careful using them and make sure its right when you leave or you will be paying again as they do not stand by their word!
As you can see from her response she is trying to blame me. I called Sept 25, 2024 to see if my year had pasted and was told that I already used my touch up, which was incorrect. Laura told me to come back in a month after the first date seen to finish the procedure. NEVER once did she state I was using my touch up. It doesn't really matter since my year had past but I am trying to warn others to not let her do that to them! Hope this helps everyone else!!

Twenty seven years! Yes, 27 years ago I had permanent eyeliner done by Laura and it was still evident! When we did the math we were amazed how many years my eyeliner has lasted. Laura and JJ are great to work with, explaining every detailed step as I came closer to my wish come true! My eyes look great and I have received many compliments. I even got a courtesy call from JJ checking on me to make sure I was doing well! I strongly recommend Permanent makeup by Laura!

Laura and her assistant JJ are just fantastic! Laura is very patient, and explains the procedure in great detail, with step-by-step explanation throughout the procedure.
