This is not a cool place they mean and act like they Godly and look over the stuff they shouldn't. A lady walk in on me and my kids while we were sleeping just by the grace of God I was woke. And now Miss Vanessa and the lady at the front desk is messing with me and they lie on kids 🙏🏾. This here is a evil place

The receptionist who answers the phone is polite and professional; but I cannot say the same for the rest of the departments. I called to inquire about rental utility and food and when I was transferred but nobody answered the phone or returned my call. I called to inquire about the shelter for single families and men I was transferred but nobody answered the phone or returned my call. I would put the other departments in check.

I was here five months and they did help me to a certain extent Im not from here so I expect to at least have more resources when I get kicked out of a shelter but I found housing on my own so thank you ms.vanessa for giving up on me ! I appreciate everything you didnt do for me and my child.

Staff member Jessica tells me she can't hear no screaming and yelling or door slamming from downstairs in her plexiglass office after I made a complaint about the yelling at 10:40 pm and gives attitude because she can be bothered with a client complaint 😞 it's really sad and awful how she treats people in this environment.....she has no compassion and is always angry.

Been here a month. Really enjoyed it. My daughter wasn't in school and a rule is ur kid has to be in school so it really helped her stay in school. Didn't have a job they make u get one so now I have one. Also they let u stay longer if ur trying. Three meals a day and if u work late will save u something to eat. The staff is really nice. They provide hygine stuff and toilet paper. Have a curfew but it's a reasonable one. We are leaving because we have a place now.

They helped me in 2001 with 3 young children,I had a job,I worked,saved,they provided,food,shelter,and a place to worship "God",if you need help,they help,rules must be followed and you must take care of your responsibilities ? if you do,they will help after 90 days I was able to save enough for a home and leave............after I got independence I donated to Salvation Army a whole year to give back to the organization that helped ? ? Thank You Salvation Army @ 515 W Elmira St San Antonio Texas
