3 star for Wednesday 1/2off but not for parking. It appears customers park vehicle then leave in another car then come back and shop, I witness a man complain of being over charged the same happen to me but staff took care of it.

Yes, Rosa does belittle,degrade,and is extremely unprofessional. She takes the bags of jewelry home,sifts through them as well as the cases of jewelry -this is why she prefers to set the jewelry. Her daughter use to go through the back dock door to take the items Rosa would set aside for her. She is horrible. She cannot get any other job because no one would tolerate her behavior. So she has to threaten and make others feel less than worthy. She gets inside the heads of her superiors to make herself appear to be the hero and demoralize her staff. It's unfortunate, but true. Unfortunately nothing will change, her bosses are just as income and bad. Theycover for each other. She creates a very toxic work environment. Major is not going to change anything because he is about to retire soon and has been blinded and manipulated by her and people like Aide and her other boss Mayra. The salvation army is a wonderful organization, it's unfortunate that a person like Rosa represents them. No one can speak against her because she already set the stage to look like a hero and others she has ruined their reputations. She shas to force herself to squeeze everyone out to keep her job,no one else would tolerate such a horrible thief. The HR department forget it, Blanca has been their so long she thinks she owns the salvation army lol. Toxic environment. Rosa will make everyone look as they are stealing or lieing- it's a way to get the focus off of her. Her purse would come empty and leave full, she purchases items and will donate- again to make her look good. But Rosa everyone knows you steal lol. Poor management skills, poor people skills, mean and hurtful. Her broken English always has her on guard , very sad that she and her superiors allow her to continue this behavior

The worker named Rosa needs to go she’s so unprofessional and rude with her broken English. But then again she works at a salvation army and will likely never advance because she’s a horrible person and no one will want her. I’m not sure why the Salvation Army stresses their core values when people like Rosa are an embarrassment to the store. Everyone else is nice but Rosa acts like a child in high school who forms clicks and disrespects those she doesn’t like. Karma will catch up to Rosa one day.

I loved the selection of fashion and items they have @this thrift store, everything is overpriced though. $25 barely afforded me a complete outfit... SMH pants alone were $5.99...I didn't have anything. I went to this store thinking I can rebuild my wardrobe...that so was not the case.

When I called, they said they would help me with a meal. But then they tried to force me to stay there even though I live out of my car. They said they're not going to give me a meal unless I stay there but I don't want to be around a bunch of drug addicts. Instead, he handed me a pamphlet even though I said the outsides since 2 o'clock until 3:30. They will deny you if you don't wanna stay inside. The place just go somewhere else. Like a church, they will have more Help for you, they also tried to charge the homeless to stay there like a motel instead of just helping them. Pretty signing and disgusting if you ask me.

Prices are so ridiculously high, $40 for a heated blanket and 31.99 for a no brand ring light ? $17 for a long thin blazer. Unbelievable And workers there are so rude please save yourself the time and gas and visit any other thrift beside the one.

They had better prices than other thrift stores around (regarding clothing), I would recommend going on Wednesdays as all their clothing and select items are half off then. Their dressing rooms were quite clean and their workers were very kind. I picked up a few dresses and pants. They have a HUGE selection of dresses and pants.

This is a great store! I always find gems here. Wide variety of clothing, shoes, furniture, miscellaneous. Customer service is great as well. Very helpful..There is additional parking across the street to the left. Very convenient.
