Thank you Jesus and Nick for getting my battery replaced with ease. I came out of work to car that would barely start with a corroded/cracked battery. They were very flexible, timely and answered all of my questions. I will take my car back there in the future.

Always stuck on the upsell. Came in to have them remove a plug i put in last week and have them install a proper patch. Tried to bs me and tell me the plug ruined the tire by letting water inside. The tire never went totally flat, just a slow leak. Good thing I'm not an idiot or they probably would have got me.

Best service!!!!!!!
Just came in for a screw and nail in my tire. Jesus informed me they didn’t have any appointments today that one of the techs called in. Said he could do it tomorrow and apologized for not being able to get me in today. He said he would take a Quick Look at it just to make sure I was save to drive. They were all superficial and i was good to go after he pulled them out and tested the holes.
Glad he was worried about safety even though I know they were super busy. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion.

Won't fix some tires even though they can because all you have to do is take it somewhere else like a small place even though Sam's refuses to fix it but the point is they can but won't due to protocol or something. The other small place will do it and it works. Sometimes the bigger place isn't the better place. Its also inconvenient and annoying.

It's one of the newer locations around and it is one of my favorite. It's never too too busy. The cafe line is the fastest compared to the other two I've been to in town. I love using the scan and go app.Since this one is less shopped I think there is better stuff on the shelves. If something is sold out at another I can definitely find it here.

I called Sam’s phone service asking for some BFGoodrich Trail Terrain for my 2021 Rav4, trying to order it online but the lady at the phone told me those tires were unavailable and she said they couldn’t get them.So I drove straight to the store and talked with Jesus Escobedo. He was very serving and diligently guided me through the tire size and recommended accurately the same tire that I was looking for so I order them. Jesus told me that the order was supposed to arrive within 72 hours.Next day of the purchase, received a phone call from the store, to inform that my tires were already there. Positive surprise!Made an appointment for noon o clock and I arrived 30 mins before, second positive surprise, Jesus took my car keys and start to work on my car.I definitely will do my tires in this Sam’s again, and recommend to anyone who’s looking for professional advice, to come to this location. Shoutout to Jesus Escobedo. Thanks for all you do!

Great value for every day use things. Steaks are always marked to a great price as compared to other grocery stores. Very clean and well stocked store. The staff was very helpful and the self check out lines are easy to operate and use.Overall great experience at this place!Shop on!

I like the store in general but this review is specifically about the food court. Things have really changed over the past two months. No pizza. Supposedly they stop making it at 4 o'clock. They are frequently out of frozen yogurt. When I inquiryed further, I was told it's being discontinued. I hope the management fixes the food court issues.

Very good customer serice, dude who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful i think it was the manager his name was jesus. Would rate it a 5 if they were a little faster.

Customer service was outstanding! Went in for a flat and the guys went out of their way to fix my tire quickly and putting away the spare and its parts. A+

I was needing a few items in bulk. After a week of travel and the weather here being cold and rainy I wasn't up to getting out. I opted to do curbside for the three items and it was worth it. Pulled up and opened the app, pressed a button and entered my space number. In 5 min a friendly man came out, confirmed my name and placed my items in my trunk and I was headed home. I know there was about a $4 fee. Totally worth avoiding lines and I'm sure had I gone in I would have easily spent $20-40 on things I really didn't need.
