I canceled my membership at Sam's due to their carelessness and poor and egregious operation of the Cafe. I placed an order for 5 pizzas for a function. I was on the phone waiting over 21 mins either because they were not answering and at one moment, or they answered the phone and just laid the receiver on the counter WITHOUT saying good morning or please hold. Finally, after 5 mins of holding, the worker picks up the phone to then ask "How may I help you." I asked why it took so long to answer the phone, the worker asserted one person was taking orders and the other person was cooking, Wow only two workers. I called Costco on I-35 who IMMEDIATELY answered and my order was placed in less than 1 min. I then drove to Sam's, spoke to the manager, who didn't correct the problem, she apologized then offered me. $20 Cafe coupon... I declined the coupon and cancelled my membership. I gave them great business but not anymore! Even though Sam's on Judson and I-35 is closer, it is definitely worth me driving to Costco. Here's the irony, my mother, who was with me, told me to go to Costco from the beginning!!! Kenneth Davison Sr.

This is usually the club I go to but sometimes they run out of products quickly. Unfortunately then I have to go further out especially if it's something I need or just go to H‑E‑B.

This store is always clean, well stocked and ready for customers. Their associates are friendly and eager to help. I have to add that having the App is top notch. Really enjoying not having to wait at checkout anymore.

I used to come to this Sam's club all the time! I have found that they have more things at this sams club then others! The clothes section was small this time but I did notice they were stocked up on everything else!

Always good but they must have just gotten deliveries. Boxes of fruit stacked in the cold room being unpacked. Couldn’t move around them with the cart. Lots of empty spaces in meat department and bakery. Hard to navigate and find things with basically the whole store being rearranged.

I like to shop at Sam's Club it's always clean and I like the scan part That you can do on your phone. Beats waiting in line but now that the phone doesn't save your card number it's kind of a pain to have to pull it out enter all the information again kind of a bummer. Other than that I recommend Sam's club.

Managers are awful they want you to upgrade a membership that you've already paid for just to shop before 10 AM when they previously let anybody in at any time. When you call to complain they don't even listen to you because they just want you to waste your money on their products that go bad within a few days anyway. I'm switching to Costco.

I ordered my contacts from their optical about 3 weeks ago. I had to wait a little longer because one of my contacts was back ordered. Yesterday my BF picked up my contacts for me and I noticed I could not see out of them. Thinking it was just my eyes and being tired, I waited to put them on again today. I still could not see out of my contacts. I felt like my contacts were mislabeled and so I decided to switch the contacts. Sure enough, I could see. I called Sam's Club to see if they can tell me if they maybe mislabeled my box. When I called, I was put on hold. About 5 mins later, someone else answered. When I was trying to explain what happened, I was rudely interrupted and the lady asked for my date of birth. After giving the rude lady my date of birth, she told me she would call me back later because she was with another customer. I asked the lady if she could help me real quick because I could not see and she said no twice, that she will have to call me later. After having to call my doctor, they confirmed that Sams did mix up my contacts. I called Sams to let them know and the lady who answered said all giggly "I am sorry". There is two of yall working, one of yall could of helped me. They had no issue helping others customers and answering calls when I was there. Sams did not call me till a hour later after my initial phone call. I am a college student, I have timed test and needed to drive. I do not have a whole hour to wait to confirm I was wearing my contacts the right way after SAMS MESSED UP. Very unprofessional and honestly it is not like yall will do anything to make this right.

neighborhood friendly store....usually has everything we need. sometimes we have to go to far north side to find nicer things. guess they don't think we'd like them here
