Produce items are not rotated when stocked. On several occasions the variety of salad mix were well past their expiration dates or near it. They do not honor the price listed on the shelves, so buyers beware. They gave me a poor excuse and with an attitude. Not enough cart corrals near the parking further away from the building. Will not be back to this location.

I wish I had a better experience. There were no shopping carts available by the entrance—I had to go out to the parking lot to find one myself. The strawberries were outdated and starting to rot, which tells me no one’s really keeping up with them. Honestly, I should’ve gone to the Judson/35 location instead. Overall, it seems like management could be doing a better job. Maybe it was just an off day, so I’ll give it another shot and update my review next time I stop by. Until then...

5 Stars – Sam's Club on Military Drive, San Antonio:
Where do I begin? Sam's Club on Military Drive is like the Costco of dreams. If you’ve ever wanted to buy 400 rolls of toilet paper in one go and have your entire family set for a lifetime, this is your mecca. It's bulk shopping at its finest. Need 10 gallons of ketchup? They’ve got you covered. You can’t go wrong with a place where you can leave with a 55-inch TV, a gallon of pickles, and a kayak. It's like the supermarket equivalent of a treasure hunt, except every "treasure" is something you’ll use until your great-grandchildren inherit it.
Compared to its rivals (Costco, BJ’s), Sam's Club on Military Drive stands out for its clean aisles, courteous staff, and sheer sense of adventure. I’ve never felt more like I was on a secret mission—sneaking around with a cart that looks like a small spaceship, filled with bulk items and snacks I never knew I needed.
And don’t even get me started on the samples. Forget gourmet dining, I had a three-course meal of mini-pizza slices, chicken nuggets, and a protein bar. Now that's a balanced diet, my friends.
Sam’s Club isn’t just a shopping experience; it’s an event. The prices are so low, your wallet will think it's on vacation. Highly recommend for those who want to stock up on everything from hand sanitizer to giant bags of trail mix and maybe even find a few things you didn’t know you needed in the process. A+ would shop again—and possibly purchase 10 18 packs of Natural Light while I'm at it.

Always a busy place . Use the Sam's app to pay on your phone . To avoid the long check out lines👍.. also good prices on car batteries .. cheaper than your local auto parts stores...

I waited so long in the pizza line and they told me it was going to be 30 minutes and I ended up two hours there just for the pizza.

I'm glad I decided to debone it!!
This is nasty, and of course, unacceptable!
For whoever reads this review, be aware. This is the second time this happens. I wish I would have kept the info the first time!!! 🤮😡

I really enjoy waiting on hold for 25 minutes while I get assistance with a simple item number stock # look up. Which I wouldn’t have to do if Sam’s would update their stock on the app in a timely manner. I’ll be canceling my membership soon. Age of customer service is dead.
