Me and my family been going to this mechanic shop for so many years this is the best mechanic shop in the city. Edgar is absolutely a great guy. Very honest guy know what he’s doing and all the mechanics there as well.

My nephew recommended Santa Ana Tire & brake automobile. My son has used it twice with excellent prices and service. I gave it a try when our air conditioner wasn't cooling. Took in at 8:00 am picked up at 2:45 pm. Love the work and honesty.

Great mechanic but hit or miss. Fast service but not a lot of road testing cars so it comes at cost. Sometimes its a fast affordable fix sometimes they throw wrong parts without enough diagnostics so you're out even more money.

So last Friday my AC went out in my truck on my way to work. Obviously, we live in Texas and I had no desire to perish so I put out the call for help with friends. One of them referred me to Santa Ana and I called. After confirming they desired my business and getting off work, I dropped it off. I was dripping with sweat due to the drive there from my work being almost 45 minutes and it was 105 in my truck. No one cared that I looked(and probably smelled) a mess. They got my keys, and by 11AM the next day I got a call that job complete. Totally saved my weekend. Thanks yall!

I came to San Antonio on vacation from Chicago. I wanted to check my car out before I came home, they fully took care of me. The crew found a few issues that I overlooked, I'm so thankful for that, I have my family with me thank goodness I found this shop. I talked to my family in San Antonio about this place and they said this is the only place they take their vehicles too. I'm not sure if it's more expensive in Chicago but the prices here were extremely reasonable, excellent work, excellent customer service all in all a great place to go. I would give them more than 5 stars if they were available I haven't been comfortable in a shop in a while. Keep up the good work guys, we need much more places like this in this world, I wish you guys nothing but the best, thanks a bunch.

3000 dollars taken. Car don't work or run in six months since they worked on my BMW x3. I walked in owners office. He said no money back. 2200 in parts and labor 800 in towing fees . Because they said fixed. Then to be towed back to them. Parts were installed wrong. I found out they did not put my parts back they took off. I am calling police today to make a police report and then to small claims court. I have pictures of all they did wrong. They the owner does not want to fix my car now that he took my money im 66 old ladyretired nurse that been done wrong by owner of Santa Fe tire and auto. Carlos I thought was a great mechanic. Not. Hell put parts on wrong and take your money . Owner said he's not gonna give back any of my money. Beware beware bewareof Santa Fe sltite and auto both places no good. Do the work yourself. It'll be better then what they could ever do. Take your money from a old 66 Year old woman
