Great company, bad reviews are probably from clients who did not get approved for a mortgage or did not understand how things work. I am a mortgage broker and have been using them for years and they are great.

what I thought to be an unauthorized credit inquiry was actually valid, SARMA was very helpful in identifying third party who I then called and clarified the inquiry.
