DON’T APPLY HERE!!This warehouse is run by a INCOMPETENT & pathetic supervisor named Zak, who fails to hold the title of “Supervisor.” Zak’s lack of leadership & communication skills should be analyzed by Human Resources. He fails to manage and is known to jeopardize other personnel regarding health & safety in the workplace.Zak also lacks integrity and doesn’t take any accountability for his actions nor is responsible enough to conduct any duties related towards his position. His lack of values and respect for other employees is one-sided and would always criticize one’s work rather than acknowledging his own agenda. It was also witnessed by anonymous employees that Zak is a hypocrite and would constantly be on his phone, distract others and come to the workplace “under the influence.”It is also known that this warehouse VIOLATES OSHA REGULATIONS & STANDARDS!!! Countless times!!! As reported by numerous employees! Many employees encounter dangerous situations, equipment and conditions. Many of these situations are often reported, but it is usually SWEPT UNDER THE RUG by toxic administration within the workplace.(Report this establishment to the Better Business Bureau ASAP!!)

I bought a pair of shoes and the velcro kept coming loose I took them in for an exchange and the girl said they look too warm even though I had only worn them one day and she said the manager was on vacation and she could not reach her but she kept saying the shoes look too worn and I told her I only wore them for maybe 8 hours and the velcro come and loose so I was asking for an exchange not a refund and so that was my first pair of shoes to buy from them at the outlet mall in Mississippi and it will be the last I buy from them they don't have knowledgeable people anyway on the weekends and apparently no manager

I work abroad but have a home base in San Antonio. FInding shoes that fit has always been challenging. FInd comfortable shoes that last and give me support throughout the day was an impossibility until discovering SAS shoes. I absolutely look forward to visiting the Factory Outlet Store upon returning home. I enjoy the ambience and the personal attention given while shopping to find my next pair of shoes, sneakers, or sandals. I was pleasantly surprised to see that SAS will soon include trekking boots within their collection.

We visited SAS shoes in Sep 2019 and in Mar 2020. On the Sept visit my wife found five pairs of shows in the clearance area. The colors were not her first choice but for the price we just couldn't afford to say no. They also had some great deals in the men's clearance area. In March there was virtually nothing in the clearance area for her or me. But my wife replaced some ten year old SAS walkers at a price, well below SAS and other retail stores. So, visit every chance you get. The people are super knowledgeable and genuinely nice and kind. The place is stuck, delightfully, in a time warp that makes it super interesting. And the shoes do last forever. It's just a great San Antonio icon.

I was in San Antonio and had an afternoon free, so I went on the SAS factory tour and shopped the factory store. The tour was okay, but fair warning, they do not give out 10% off coupons at the end of tour like they used to do. The men’s shoes had a wide selection, but the prices were the same as I pay in Ocala or St Augustine at SAS stores. I asked two clerks whether there were any defect shoes or otherwise discounted shoes and I was directed to one very small rack. Maybe their are better deals on shoes for women...they definitely had far more selection for women. The Blue Bell ice cream was good and the popcorn remains cheap per bag.

I love this old time store. They have beautiful old cars outside, popcorn, candy, clothes inside. Oh yeah, they have really great shoes, that are so comfortable. You have to go to this store.

Went for their summer tent sale. Shoes are little expensive, but they last for years. At the sale I buy2 pairs if I need them or not. You cant get a better shoe.

Great place for the ladies to see 100s of leather shoes at discounted prices. Men also have a selection but not as vast. I envy women.
This is a destination shopping experience in South San Antonio. Lots of older cars to see. I have never seen so many salespeople ready and willing to help. You really need to see this to believe.

My husband and I wear SAS shoes for their incredible comfort, so when I learned there was a tour of the SAS factory in San Antonio I booked it thinking it might be interesting. When we got there we saw that it's not just a store, but an experience. They take you back in time! There's a large collection of antique cars parked outside. The entire store is decorated in old posters. The coffee shop - which looks like a 1940's kitchen with old but apparently still working appliances, - charges .5 cents for a nice size bag of popcorn, .10 cents for a big cup of Coke and coffee. Even the ladies room is from a bygone era (with modern conveniences, of course). The one hour factory tour was fascinating. We were shown around the factory by a lovely and knowledgeable employee and observed each step of the shoe making process as the shoes were being created by hand. All in all we spent a couple of hours there and I picked up some cute shoes at the same time. Our visit was an unanticipated hit!

Antique cars grace the side of the parking lot. A few more inside as well as their amazingly comfortable shoes that last! Local gifts to shop as well as the shoes. The baby shoe maker in the back of mens shoes was knowledgeable and fun to watch make a baby shoe. Wish we had time for the factory tour!
