Everything about this move was surprisingly easy and simple. I was a bit delayed with my own packing, but Tiffany’s crew and I somehow coordinated very well. I did not pack much myself in terms of things besides my luggage on the plane. Tiffany’s crew arrived and were able to get things sorted and packed very quickly. They packed with as much care as I would, very thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves as they were departing. This is a more conscientious crew than I have experienced before. Tiffany asked about specific items to take if she was unsure about something. She is very thoughtful and organized about this process and made everything seamless and convenient for me. I cannot say I ever had a bad moving experience but this one has by far felt the most convenient. Her interaction with me and her crew was very professional, reassuring and accommodating. I highly recommend this team for long distance moves. I am very grateful to competent movers who get the job done. Your work is so valuable and important for military members. Thank you ❤️

Military family with 18k lbs. Great experience with an amazing team! They were actually early to start the day, which basically never happens and that got us off to a great start. The crew consisted of Randy, Quinten, Martin, Kyla & AJ. They were all great and Kyla was simply the best. She did all the unpacking and it absolutely made our move! Thank you so much for a great move!

I generally do not write reviews, but I frequently reference them when evaluating companies or products. Based on my experience with moving, having relocated across the country thirteen times, I am writing this review to provide information for others considering this company.
The cost of this move, including packing, shipping, and storage, was just over $18,000. For this amount, certain service standards are anticipated.
Here is a summary of the main issues encountered during the process:
• The job was initially scheduled from Monday to Wednesday but was rescheduled the prior week to Tuesday through Wednesday, with the reasoning given that less time was needed.
• Our requirement was to complete loading by 5PM on Wednesday due to a closing deadline. We were assured this would be met, but loading concluded at 8:30PM. The driver stated they were unaware of the deadline.
• The packers lacked sufficient boxes on Tuesday and returned Wednesday to complete packing, which finished around 11AM with assistance from the loading team.
• Since the items were going into storage, crates were required. The driver did not have enough allocated crates, necessitating three trips to the storage facility and contributing to missing the load deadline.
• Delivery was scheduled for the 18th, with goods expected to leave storage on Monday the 14th. However, the driver reached out on Sunday the 13th to attempt delivery on the 14th, three days before the closing date.
• Payment was requested by credit card, prior to delivery, rather than the direct billing arrangement previously discussed.
• The day before the planned delivery, after payment was made, I was informed that three crates had been left behind due to truck size limits. An estimated time of arrival was being determined.
• It was communicated that nothing “critical” was missing from these crates; however, several items such as furniture, silverware, bed hardware, clothing, and televisions were not delivered initially. No compensation was offered for these missing items, and replacement costs totaled approximately $400.
• The missing crates arrived twelve days after the initial delivery.
• The appointment for final delivery of the last three crates was set for 3PM, but the truck arrived at 7PM and unloading ended at 9PM.
• Customer service noted there would be a “gesture of goodwill” due to these challenges, which consisted of the driver offering to assist with unpacking at 9PM.
It is clear this company lacks the basic standards of professionalism. Communication was disorganized and scattershot. Questions about scheduling and logistics were met with either vague platitudes or outright indifference. What little post-move “customer service” existed was nothing but lip service. My complaints were ignored or brushed aside, and no effort was made to rectify the situation.
After thirteen moves, I can say unequivocally that this was by far the most disastrous moving experience I have ever endured. If you value your time, your possessions, and your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. There are many moving services out there—choose any other.

Denise and Reyna were absolutely amazing! We almost didn’t believe them when they said they’d pack it all in a day, but they did it in 4 hours and were so meticulous. I would be beyond surprised if anything broke in the move because of how well they packed. One of the smoothest military moves we’ve had thus far, huge shoutout to them!!
