Store’s first impression was not the best. Upon entering the store, I almost walked out. The front of the store looked in disarray. I honestly thought this was a used/salvage type establishment.
Fortunately, as I was debating whether to stay or walk/run out, Ramon asked if I needed help. I informed him I was looking for an electric dryer. He directed me to the dryers and informed me that the dryers had been tested and in good working order and new other than the scratches and dents. I was still not convinced. The dryers were also dusty. Then Ramon said they still had the manufacturer’s warranty. He should have mentioned that first.
I must admit, regardless of the minor scratches and dents and dust, the dryer looked in good shape. The inside of the dryer looked brand new/spotless. As Ramon left me to assist someone else, I looked up the dryer and price at one of the big box stores on my phone. The dryer was not only a better model than one I had recently purchased online. The dryer at Scratch N Dent was more than $400 less, not including other required fees the big box stores want to charge.
Needless to say, I quickly canceled the dryer I had purchased online and bought the Scratch N Dent dryer. They even loaded the dryer onto my truck. Note: They do not strap down the appliance. So bring your own straps and or rope to secure the appliance.
The moral of this story is, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I got the dryer home, connected it and all is well. The dryer works perfectly. It has features I wasn’t even looking for. Not to mention, the unexpected surprise when I opened the dryer door, there was light in the dryer compartment. I am truly happy with my purchase and will place Scratch N Dent at the top of my list for my next appliance purchase. If you like good prices and don’t mind some minor scratches or dents, give Scratch N Dent a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Scratch N Dent and Ramon. 🙂

We were shopping around for appliances and scratch N dent was by far the most choices and affordable and warranty was best let alone there appliances are new. Beau the owner fabulous gentlemen James and Matthew good people friendly 😉 over all just great customer service experience won't by anything anywhere else! Very glad to be able to purchase something from somewhere people are genuine and willing to explain about the products and has knowledge on the things they're selling without needing to reference there phone it's nice. They're trust worthy people !!! We got the 2in washer n dryer I didn't want it at first so glad we did it especially with a baby on the way !!!

Truly a great place to get premium appliances at a huge discount. I personally got a GE fridge for half what it was going for at the major hone improvement stores with only a few minor surface blemishes. The staff was also very nice, not pushy, and let me reserve the two appliances I picked out without a need for anything more than contact information. They offer easy pick up, they bring it out to you at their loading bay. Or they offer third party delivery, rates at the third party's discretion.

Everyone who helped us out at Scratch N Dent Superstore was amazing. And boy, do I have a saga for you. I moved into a new apartment recently and needed a dryer quickly that wouldn’t break the bank. We discovered this store and put $40 down to hold the dryer until we could move it into the new place. The day finally came. We showed up to pick it up and Matt gave us a connection kit for free if we gave a glittering review (as promised, Matt & James!). Well, friends, we got it moved in and tested it. It didn’t work. We called James and asked what we could do. We tried testing the outlet, turning the breaker back on without the dryer plugged in, and even tried to put on another power cord. Nothing worked. Scratch N Dent came to the rescue again. They told us to bring it back and that I would receive an upgrade (different dryer of greater value than the model I had). We dropped off the other dryer and picked up the new one, not before they made sure it worked before we left! Needless to say, they didn’t have to be as great as they were in this whole crazy adventure. I couldn’t recommend their store and their people more. Their products are new (though, as the name implies, with some imperfections) and the staff is wonderful. Truly, thank you guys so much.

My experience purchasing a washer/dryer set from here was phenomenal. The employees were friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful from the moment that I walked in the store until the set was delivered and installed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable appliance to consider purchasing from Scratch and Dent. It was a lovely experience. Truly!
