On 14-Mar-2024 I bought SeaWorld, San Antonio TX season pass for four family members for $460.06. Upon reaching there we found that SeaWorld had admitted more people than they can handle. Everywhere it was a long time and hours of wait time. We waited at one of the rides for more than 2 hours and finally when the time came, they suddenly cancelled the ride. After the people in the line scattered, they started the ride again. After spending the whole day, we couldn't get to do anything they was included on the season pass. On google reviews, we found they do it all the time and with many people. When requested for the refund they straight away denied. This is really frustrating that they are running this kind of business in stealing money from people, and they are denying refund when failed to provide the service.

You always remember going to SeaWorld as a kid, right? Everyone remembers that they saw fish or even one of the live shows. It's really changed over there from what I remember, but I'd have to say that it only brought back good memories.Firstly, PLEASE BUY a TICKET IN ADVANCE ‼️ I can only imagine how bad the heat is in the summer because you're going to be stuck in your car for a while just getting in. This place is never dead, save for when it's closed. Also, I highly recommend bringing someone with you as opposed to going alone. Having a +1 is always a good idea, but also because things here are expensive! As you may expect. Plus, you can't get on any of the rides with big bags. Did you know that they have rides now? Yeah, rollercoasters. There were also a dozen events going on that really guide and catch the eye, like the grandeur of the Live Orca show or something smaller but just as fun, like the Groove Chefs. And if you're not for live things, there's always interesting events happening around, like the Seven Seas event which showed off a dozen different themed areas. (My favorite was france.) There's something for everyone here, and like a lot of sources mentioned, for all ages.If you're in the area and want to end a vacation with a bang, or just give your kids that reminiscence of a fun childhood, SeaWorld San Antonio is that choice.

I am posting this here due to non-responsive customer care team. Maybe the right person will see this and reach out.To whom it may concern, I took my daughter, who is Autistic, to SeaWorld San Antonio on her birthday, 03/31/2024 when the park was opening. She was excited to see the sesame street parade and see the animals. Upon arrival we presented the printed-out tickets to gain entry. The gatekeeper instructed us to move to the last station to discuss my tickets. I was told that the tickets needed to be checked because guests have been falsifying tickets to gain entry without payment. this was said right Infront of my daughter, the birthday girl, and her anxiety became extremely high. We decided that it was a good idea to eat before walking around. We went into an indoor location to eat. My burger, 20$, was a precooked patty that was black and tasted like dry cardboard with undercooked fries. I ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter. they put the fries on top of the nuggets in a small cardboard container. I asked for a separate cardboard container to separate her food and the attendant tossed another one at me and made an annoyed sigh. the nuggets were verry dry and her fries inedible. we looked up and there were live birds flying around inside contaminating the food with their droppings, dander, and feathers. It was disgusting. She was very anxious to see the parade that we viewed online. We made it to the children's area and saw the pictures of the characters. we waited near the splash pad area for the parade. the parade never took place. We were able to take pics with Elmo and Tully. We decided to go to the playground that was very close to the parade area. She decided to be brave and go down the big slide. As she was about to go down, she started to get bullied by other kids. She was even being followed by these kids. I removed her from the situation and started looking for an attendant. I then realized that there were not any employees in that area and that majority of the parents were either on their phones or doing something different other than monitoring their children. I sought out other employees and was told there wasn't anything they could do. I took my daughter up to cookie monster and was rushed off stage due to the staff that was taking pictures wanting to move on. once again, my daughter was met with another negative experience. There was trash along the majority of the paths with a never-ending odor. The staff as a whole did not seem to enjoy their jobs and it showed. the landscaping was just weeds and other undesirable plants that added to this horrible experience. The only kindness that was displayed to my daughter and I was from the dolphin trainers. All in all, I do not believe that the amount I spent on a first-time visit, on my daughters seventh birthday, was positive at all. I am demanding a refund of the amount I spent on my tickets. I have no intentions on ever revisiting this park. This park was an extreme disappointment and should consider making massive improvements for their guest's safety and experiences. Thank you for taking the time to read through my disappointing explanation as to why I will never be even entertaining the idea of ever returning to this park or any other SeaWorld locations in the future.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, don’t waste your time or your money. All the rides were closed or had malfunctions, staff couldn’t give a reason why on top of there being barely any staff. How does this place open at 10:30AM but nothing was ready till after 2PM we walked up to multiple stands that were not open just completely unprepared , the staff on hand horrible service and poor attitudes. Guest services was no help nor was calling support after guest services on site said they couldn’t do nothing for us, being that we paid for fast passes we couldn’t even use because rides were not operating, so frustrating Sea World just steals your money. Least to say me and my family will not be returning, I don’t even know why this place is still open!

Beautiful whale spectacle, nice rides. The food generally is bad except for a few food trucks like Japan that had amazing gyozas. Quick queue was worth it and saved us a lot of time. The only thing is about the rules with purses. They have no criteria at all. I use this really small crossbody bag, like a camera bag that holds only my cellphone and cards. This day we went to wave breaker a few times, and the last time this staff member Emily made me leave the wagon with my little boy - after we waited for the whole line - after ee sit and the locks were secured. I explained to her that I went using the same bag and she was so rude and I left with my son crying. When I looked to the side there were several people wearing the SAME BAG. And she did not oppose. I even asked to leave the bag and she wouldn’t let me. And the locker near this ride was not working because of some error. The park should establish rules and keep them for everybody. And ensure that the lockers are working.

My family and I traveled from Miami to San Antonio with great enthusiasm to see the park, but it was nothing like what we expected; We arrived at 12 pm (there was not so much line compared to the Orlando park) and we were literally only able to enter a show and ride two attractions since after waiting in lines for a long time they informed us that the attraction had been closed because They weren't working well. My children, ages 5 and 9, say they had their worst vacation since they couldn't enjoy the park. It was really disappointing because as parents we wait for the holiday season to share with the children and this place made us have a terrible day. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PARK AGAIN. It lacks a lot of maintenance. So if you don't want to have a bad time, I recommend that you eliminate this place from your travel plan. I give it 1 star because I can't post ZERO!!!!
