Just leaving Sephora and wanted to leave a review because we had a nice experience! The woman at the register was very sweet and helpful, and someone else asked us if we needed help while we were browsing. Great selection of products and the store was clean. :)

Waste of time and lack of customer service I had called at 7:30 today to check on the perfume to see if they have it and I gave the exact details. The lady answered. Yes, I have three so I made my way about 20 minutes away from home just to go and find out that they do not have one on hand although I did call earlier very poor customer service, and no respect for the customers time

By far the worst customer service. The employees act snobbish and if they are better than people, when they work retail. I went in with my daughters back to school shopping and we had found an eyeshadow inside the kohls store on a display they had on the opposite side of the store, no where near Sephora. They have several of these displays through the store, since the merchandise is travel size. Well my daughters and I walk inside Sephora to look for the same eye shadow we found on a display bc one side of the box was open. So we asked the lady if she could help us and Qkbpoint us where to find the same eyeshadows. At this kept making make me and ed She kept lovma itwas watching us and would gof her way to follow us or stay in our widow, and there risked are small. Once she noticed we were annoyed by her she had someone else come up to us and do the same thing. It made my shopping experience very uncomfortable, and other people noticed because they made it a point to tell me that they couldn’t wwbelieve this, and I should call corporate. As I was walking out of the Sephora section to the children section, the lady stopped me and embarrassed me telling me that I had to give her the makeup in my cart (which was an eyeshadow and small mascara) she went on to say that I had to give it to her because it had to be purchased before it could taken out the Sephora section which is tbecause this is the same travel size Makeup I had picked out from a display located outside of the Sephora section.:::;::

Just save your gas. There's nothing in stock here and the brands are limited. To 5-8 maybe. There's too many employees for a small space. Go online so you can get the offers and the samples. Save your time beauty enthusiasts

I should have read the reviews here first before going, haha! I came in person with the hope of being able to ask questions about products, get recommendations, and try to match my new foundation color (like I've been able to at every other Sephora experience), but the staff was not helpful at all. After almost thirty minutes of no success, little to no help, and feeling quite frustrated, we just left. Hoping for a better experience elsewhere!

If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!! On February 2nd, 2023 at 4:47 pm We had about three workers following us around asking if we needed help for 6th time. Giving me absolutely no space period. We have been here before and the same old lady gave my friend a hard time and was profiling him. When we were looking at the testers the same lady and some other bigger lady were talking about us and staring, found it very rude and honestly quite annoying. If you really wanted to check our bags you should've because then I would've sued y'all. Overall, never a good experience when I come to this Sephora location. Train your workers better. Have some respect.

I would rather have walked through a prison then walk in here. Prisoners at least have more morals than these employees. If I could leave zero stars I would do so. They have uneducated women who lack communication skills. Kohl’s has managers running a store who really shouldn’t be mangers (Taina). Bottom line Sephora should really consider pulling their partnership from Kohl’s. I will be calling a store manager when she gets back in to review this mess and taking it to Kohl’s CEO.

Please never shop here. The service is wildly bad. Angry women who dont want to work or help. I went to return an item and didnt have the receipt. I had my credit card and my sephora rewards as proof and they were not only rude but hostile and unprofessional. I was treated like a criminal opposed to being treated like a customer. I finally spoke with a manager named Taina. Omg she was worse than the other employees. If you ever want to have the cops called on you for asking for an exchange than come here. Lazy, uneducated, bullies who are racist....this place has it all. Wildly sad.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! TERRIBLE customer service! I just went to buy some make up I need it, they’re were out of everything I was looking for. The two sales persons were there just for the show because they have no customer service skills, they didn’t offer other options since they didn’t have the products I was looking for, and they made it seem like it wasn’t their fault that the products were advertised at a different price. Just HORRIBLE!!

I’ve come here before to purchase makeup. The old lady that works there walks around and looks at me like I’m going to steal something. I bought a concealer recently that did not work out and I tossed the receipt because I spilled something on the bag it was in. The older lady said no receipt, no return. I’ve been to Sephora for years, I know you can look it up with the beauty insider. She treated it like I stole the item, I offered email, beauty insider to look up the purchase she said no sorry. I called another location and they said they could look up my card or beauty insider. I knew it… I won’t be coming back to this Sephora.

Takes a long time to restock products and of course they don’t have as many products as full sephoras. Gets the job done for basics though.
