First time shopping at this location & they had everything I wanted in stock ! & loved that the beauty advisor (didn't get her name) helped color match my mom for a foundation she was looking for. Will definitely shop here again.

.ie perfume was 100 dollars but at wallmart for same perfume it is half the price...could not find eye shadow we desired

Worst experience, not one single employee greeted me, asked if I needed help, or offered assistance. I was literally standing next to two employees at the register and both of them ignored me.

Horrible customer service! It's like I didn't exist. No one asked if they could help me find anything. And, the store was messy. A salesperson was right next to me and looked away from me. After 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment, I said outloud that I'd never go back to that location. A previous review I read about them was right. However, I still wanted to form my own opinion. That's what I get. I used to love that store when it was inside Ingram mall. Now it's hot garbage. Well, that location is. Sad story. I'll buy what I intended to when I visit my hometown next month.

This is for the Kohls Sephora on Potranco. The girls here are super helpful and so nice! It seems like they have to deal with a lot of people because it’s always crowded. I really appreciate their help and great customer service!!

First time coming into this Sephora location and the customer service was terrible. I wasn’t greeted when walking into the store there were two workers Giani and someone else, can’t remember her name but two young ladies. No one asked me if I need help with anything! When I did come up to ask a question I just got one word response and brushed off. When you’re working in an environment that is customer based please ensure employees can atleast greet guest and make them feel welcomed. I wondered if it was a race thing but once looking at the other reviews, they are all terrible! Please do better.

Don’t waste your time here. Very limited selection of colognes, and to top it all off, several of the bottles were empty or missing their diffusers.
