I went in yesterday with the intention to purchase several items and left empty handed. I was not greeted. I did ask for help since I didn’t have my glasses and could not read the tiny print on the bottom of the print of the Milk Sheer Jelly Tints. She was completely useless. No one else asked me if I needed help. This is why I shop at Ulta.

I just went to get some last minute christmas gifts and they made me and my sister feel uncomfortable they kept following us around and watching us as if we where going to steal.. this is why I always shop online because shopping in person isn't fun anymore with these rude bitchy people

I have always enjoyed shopping at Sephora but unfortunately have experience too many unpleasant experiences that has triggered me to make this review. The customer service is a hit or miss. I came in to pick up an order and did a little more shopping since it was the beginning of the Sephora sale. Everything was fine until I had to walk back to the store and point out to the cashier that she didn't give me my discount. The same woman that checked me out noticed the mistake and said she had to do an entire return on the order to give me my money back the thing is the money wouldn't go back to my card for up to 45 days. They offered to refund the money to a gift card and repurchase the items using the card leaving me with the money I had "saved" on a Sephora gift card. The whole time this woman not once apologized for the inconvenience or took any accountability for her mistake. I returned the entire order because they truly pissed me off and will never go back to this Sephora. They are not good at what they do and lack customer service. Will be shopping online because robots don't make mistakes.

Yesterday I went there for a RED lipstick 💄 a simple task. A employee came up she gave me the SEPHORA brand that was in a Matte finish and the color was flattering . But, by the time I got home and applied it on, it started to smudge so BAD and ruined my whole makeup look…
So do the employees clearly don’t know their own products well enough! Of all the, makeup brands they could have recommended to me. I trusted her, and was willing to pay extra for a nice one. $20 down the drain. Next time I’ll have to do my own research and not trust them.
Sephora LIPSTICKS are clearly the worse choice!

Worst customer service. If products are unopened & unused you should honor the 60 day notice. I would have used them to make sure the bottles were empty if I had known. I called 2 stores to inquire about the return policy I was only told 60 days. Never mentioned 30 days to get a refund. It is not on the receipt like most reputable companies. Deceitful. I will never shop here again. No wonder more people shop at your competition. Shame on you Sephora.

Went in to look at Selena Gomez' products. Was helped very nicely by an associate and found the product I wanted, but when I went to pay there was only one person at the register. This was a Friday evening, very busy and the line quickly grew. The customer at the head of the line was there for a good ten minutes without buying anything. I don't know what was going on and I'm not judging her, however, the associate behind the register should have called for backup. There were numerous employees in the store and one even came up to the register, had a conversation with the person there and then left. I was very disappointed with this treatment of potential customers. After 10 minutes of the line not moving at all, I left the store as I had another appointment. Will not be going back to this store due to the appalling disorganization. Clearly you are not interested in making sales.

I went in today after a nightmare eyebrow appointment, and Lily was truly an angel! She recommended the best products, and she showed me how to fill in my eyebrows. She made my day so much better! Thankyou sephora you're the best!!!!!⭐️⭐️
