Management and most the employees have horrible customer service....if tou dont care for your job then quit....The only employee to be nice and help service me when I had bunch of questions was Monique. She answered everyone with a smile and was so knowledgeable!! She was excellent all around and I got the gifts I needed for my friend. Can't wait for her to help me out next time!❤️

If I could give this location negative stars I would- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The front door was still unlocked, so I opened it. This girl at the front immediately told me they were closed. I explained that I was just there to pick up an order I placed online, and that I had already paid for it. I told her that I drove all the way across town just to get this order and that I’d really appreciate if she could just get it for me. She told me she couldn’t. Considering I had already paid online, I can’t imagine why she couldn’t give me my order. The door wasn’t even locked yet, and I got there maybe 2 minutes after they closed. Truly never experienced a more rude employee in my life. She was not apologetic in anyway whatsoever. I’m actually going to cancel my pick up order and have it refunded because of this experience leaving such a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop from this location ever again.
Sephora, please hire kinder employees. Sincerely, someone that has been a loyal member for over 10 years now and will never be returning.

When I asked an employee with shoulder length black hair about a moisturizer for combination skin, she told me shed ask her co workers but never did. Completely wasted my time.

One cashier at Christmas time? While there was at least 7 employees I counted on the floor standing on the walls just watching while the line was wrapped around the store. No.

My experience in store was amazing. I got skin care products and even had my makeup done for a special occasion. I never really wear makeup so I was starting from scratch. I told the makeup artist I intended to purchase all the items used which totaled several hundred dollars. However I had issues with my bank thinking it was fraudulent purchase (again I never purchase makeup) so I ended up purchasing $300 worth of products instead of all of them. I was assured all items would be saved in my profile so that I could purchase them after I rectified the situation with my bank. Fast forward a week and I was ready to purchase all the rest of the items in addition to a full face of products for my sister. However when I went to the store signed in to my profile, none had been saved. I was so sad and disappointed. I had no need to get my makeup redone, so I ended up only purchasing items that were suggested. However they dont look flawless as when we applied the tutorial make-up in store. I really like what she used as it was light on my skin since I'm old. I feel like the items suggested were for a young person with less creases. I can not rate the 5 stars I originally wanted to give because again nothing had been saved, and I really feel the store missed out on good business, and I missed out on an attainable beauty experience for date nights and parties. I will say the skin care definitely 10 out of 10 worked in a week. My completion is flawless, and pores are gone.

I recently visited Sephora and, unfortunately, had an uncomfortable shopping experience. Throughout my time in the store, I felt constantly followed and repeatedly asked if I needed assistance, despite clearly indicating I was browsing. One instance involved an associate using a walkie-talkie to signal another to stand nearby as I shopped. This consistent pattern of oversight created an unwelcoming environment.
As a young African American woman, I couldn’t help but notice that I appeared to be the only one receiving this level of attention, which left me wondering if bias played a role in how I was treated. I ultimately felt uncomfortable enough to leave both my selected items and my pick-up order behind. I hope to find a more comfortable shopping experience elsewhere.

I usually don’t write reviews because i like to give people the benefit of the doubt but i went to this location and was double charged for the same item. This wasn’t a big deal, people make mistakes however i am 4 hrs from this location so i tried to call to have it rectified and no one answered the phone after being on hold for over 20 minutes. I then called the actual customer support line, they also tried to call this store with no luck. I now have to wait 5-7 business days after filling out a form in hopes that I’ll get my money back for a product never received. Why aren’t you all available via phone? I am typing this and on my third attempt calling them for the day and over 15 min again on hold :)

Made an online appointment to do full face makeup and the makeup artist that I booked with had to cancel me so they put me with someone else.worst decision .
My makeup was done by Paula but her makeup skills was so bad she said she prep my face before applying foundation but I told her why didn’t she apply primer which she said she did but I know how primer looks and she didn’t apply it.
My eyeshadow was done very messy she applied eyeliner but she only did have of my eye lid and the line was a very small line didn’t even look right .Then when it was time to apply my lashes she couldn’t even do them correctly I can see in the mirror that they were so off after she decided to trim them ..countless things she did wrong I was so disappointed in her service .
I won’t be returning to this location they don’t care about there customers they just care about there sales because that’s what I heard them discussing right in front of customers.

I went here on a late Monday night and the employees were still so nice and seemed so happy to help me. I came to get sol de janiero "59" and I definitely recommend it. Rest assured a lot of sold out products you can find here, just as long as you go on a Thursday or Friday because that is when they restock.
