Got my 2011 ford escape (that I love) serviced here getting the motor mounts all done besides them getting the job done well and in a timely manner. Joe really took the time to make sure all was good as I travel often he took time to explain what things I should keep maintaining to make my car keep moving which I really appreciated I'll definitely be back

Sandra, Liz, Val, and Joe were exceptional with their services. I was able to get an estimate and have my car repaired in a timely manner. The turn-around time was fast and accommodated my schedule. They were able to work with my insurance to get an estimate and approve all repairs within two days. Since the moment I dropped the car off they kept me updated, sent pictures, were always available whenever I called. Joe was amazing and made sure that my car was fixed correctly and monitored the progress in person. Sandra, Val, and Liz are the reason why I decided to have my repairs done at this shop. They had my back and did what was best for the car and my safety. They all made me feel comfortable, welcome, and have a great sense of humor. I am new to this and it was my first accident so they made sure to explain everything and always asked before they worked on anything. They made this process smooth, super easy, efficient, and quick for me during that time of distress. My car seriously looks like it was never in an accident and I am thankful for all they done!

This place surpassed my expectations, by the amazing work they did on 2016 Chevy Colorado truck, you can tell they really take pride in what they do. When I say they went above and beyond I mean it. It has been such a long time since I've found a place that reminds me of the good ol' days. Thank you Joe and your team for doing such a great job, definitely look forward to doing business with yall again.

Avoid!!! Zero stars if allowed. I spent $1914.00 for "repair", just shotty work. They wanted to charge more for work they did not complete. Jeff asked me if I was a body man, I asked if they were because I was really questioning their shotty work. I may not be a body man but I know when a bumper doesn't fit, when the hood is popped up and clips are missing. The receptionist swore that it didn't come in for repair and that they gave me a new hood. When I showed her the paperwork she said, "oh repair" after reading the quote they gave my daughter.....also I proved it wasn't a new hood by work that had been performed on it before,they asked me to leave the property so this didn't get resolved. Small claims court here I come.
They do not take responsibility of their shotty work. Whoever gave them higher stars must be family as this is probably a family business since the receptionist called the manager dad... I asked why didn't they contact us while it was still in repair? Why call us and tell us it's ready and when we pick it up it's not finished? And why after we are there to pick it up then you say there is an additional fee to fix it correctly? They took advantage of my elderly mother and my young daughter. When I got there I was irate, yes, who wouldn't be when they disclaim everything you tell them until you show proof and when the manager,Jeff, is degrading you over the phone? And when I got there to speak with the manager some receptionist comes out with a scowl on her face talking about the car without knowing any facts. When proven wrong,then their excuse was we have a lot of cars that come through, so why speak without knowing all your facts. Of course I'm going to be upset with you degrading me, the way they didn't put up with me I am not putting up with them.Jeff was rude to me and degrading me over the phone prior to going over, once I got there he was playing a victim in front of the receptionist and had nothing to say but "I was out of town". Jeff was the one that gave the keys to my daughter and asked for more money, then he had the gall to criticize the work completed by another company. It's all a scam! The receptionist appeared from no where with a angry face discrediting me before I could even talk, I think they purposely rile you up so in turn they can blame you and have the right to ask you to leave because it's their property. They know what they did, Dios pagan.

We went took our suv they were horrible . They took over month to fix my suv. Then I had to take it back several times , because they couldn’t get it right .. I understand I already send a complaint to my auto insurance. However what bother me is having to come back to the. Shop twice due to suv was not fix correctly . And had to depend on family and friends to assist with rides to go to work.

Fast service and great prices. Excellent body work. In and out in three days for a fender dent fix and paint. Other shops quoted me 4 times the price and longer turnaround times

Everybody at Service 1 Collision was absolutely amazing to me. I'm from out of town when I was involved in a hit and run and they went above and beyond to fix my car quickly and as affordably as possible. Roxy helped me deal with my insurance and helped find me a rental car. They were all amazing.

I am completely and utterly disappointed in how this shop has handled my car. From going in with a few problems it came out to many things more damaged that had never been damaged before until l placed it in this shop. For a few examples, when picking up my car after they had "finished" it, my roof had a big brown stain and when i brought up the issue the workers had blamed me for the stain after not being in my car for months, during this they had extremely terrible customer service. My sun visor was put on extraordinarily wrong and move the correct way to my window, when moving it to the side it completely scratches my roof. This was just 2 problems out of the many other issues coming from the shop. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Thank you.
